Song/sung/seong (unfortunately I do not know how to spell his name) was a phenomenal receptionist, who went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. As we are (very slowly) learning Korean, he helped us with some of the language and answered so many questions. He was a real highlight of our stay. He recommended incredible restaurants, the best attractions around the city and the best places to buy our snacks. He is an absolute gem and the hotel is very lucky to have him. The hotel is in a great location. Attractions in Busan are very spread out but staying in Haeundae was really nice. Just around the corner from the station where you can get buses or the subway was really easy. The rooms were really spacious, and I have to admit, the best place we stayed in Korea. The bathtub was huge, a sauna option in the shower was something I have never heard of before and the bed was very big. Absolutely loved our stay here.

Absolutely nothing.

Bath was a lovely touch. Selection of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, comb, toothbrush etc. Good towels, huge bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Had phone chargers installed which is a lovely idea if you forget your universal adaptor. Close to small market for local Korean food. Incredibly close to the beach. Amazing beach access to a high quality beach with pretty good facilities such as food and drink. Good connections from the airport by bus. Will take approx one hour in reasonable traffic. Loved the idea of light switches very close to the bed. Air con was good. No insects or bugs in room. Cheerful person behind the desk. Lift access.

Room was a bit dark. Would love more natural light in there. Great for access to beach but relatively far from other attractions in Busan you may want to go too. Quite long bus journeys.

I stayed at show hotel for 5 nights. I enjoyed my stay at Show Hotel. I loved my room. It was just beautiful. I enjoyed the tub. The room was spacious. Everything i needed was there or made available at my request. The price was affordable. Everything was within walking distance. The place was neat. The staff was very friendly and super helpful.

Please bare in mind that these things for me were not a train smash and it doesn't change my lovely time at Show hotel. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. I found a bits of hair there and there. The bathroom floors were cracked and water would come out from there.

The location was superb. It was super easy to get to from the 2 line subway at Haeundae Station. It was also not a long walk to the beach along with everything (restaurants, bars, etc) nearby. The staff (front desk) was extremely nice and welcoming. Made our stay a lot more convenient and consistently friendly. Offered help and assistance even without asking at times.

The facilities were a little dated. The room itself wasn’t very cozy. Everything worked more or less but the layout wasn’t the most convenient. The lighting was interesting and something you had to get use to. During our stay, the air con was not efficient and we had to also point the floor fan provided at us all night. For the price point it was acceptable though.

The property is comfortable, very clean, close to the beach, shopping, and entertainment. Reception is available 24 hours, the staff is friendly and ready to help at any time.

Its only drawback is the lack of a restaurant, breakfast and bar, but there is a coffee machine near the reception to provide coffee (express, American) for guests for free at any time.

It was very clean, the toilet seat was equipped with heating system, if you encounter cold seasons it’s a very helpful feature. Plus we booked for a normal three person room but we had a jacuzzi in the bathroom, therefore it was quite a cherry on top. The reception was also very helpful when we requested for a help to call a taxi when we had difficulties in communicating with Korean people. Location wise it is not far from happening area therefore accessible to all kinds of shops. It is also not far from their train station so overall convenient. We really liked the place and definitely would come back next time. The soundproof of the property was also moderate, we did not have trouble sleeping.

I like the customer service, the room is spacious and clean. The location is great, i love how central the location was from shops, beach, stations etc! only few mins away worth all the money, definitely will go here again. ++ there are microwave at my floor hallway which is v convenient. Ive always go down to the lobby to refill my water and eat there sometimes! Overall i enjoy my stay, staff are friendly and efficient!! I will be back!

All is great and worth the value.

The room is simple and clean with nice equipments, nice location ! we really appreciate our welcome with the kindness and the availability of the receptionist ^^ Check-in and check-out is easy and quick :)

This is not the fault of the hotel, I think we were unfortunate by the timing because there were a building in constructions just next to the hotel and they started to make big noices from 8am T_T

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s close to everything. The front desk person Sung was super helpful and kind. The hotel is great for its price.

The only problem is that the whole area is rebuilding so from 7 am to 5 pm on week days. There’s a lot of construction sounds. But you’re on vacation so it works well. It really motivates you to go out early and explore.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. I liked the availability of bath and kettle, microwave on the floor.

The windows of the room face the wall of the building, so there is no sunlight at all. It was a little dark. The towels were too small. Water was dripping from AC and the jacuzzi did not work.
