We stayed in the Half Ocean Suite Double Room with Partial Sea View. The view of the beach and city was beautiful! The staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were easy. The room was clean and very spacious. On the 3rd floor, there is a coin-operated laundromat with dryers! :) Felix by STX is conveniently located on Subway Line 2. You can get off at Haeundae Station, go towards Exits 5 & 7, and follow the signs to the hotel property. There are plenty of food options, Olive Young stores for the ladies, and convenience stores near Felix. Additionally, there is a WOW pass kiosk on the opposite side of the Felix property in another hotel. Haeundae Market and the beach are both within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Would stay here again!

Location was excellent! Right next to subway station. Lots of eateries and convenience stores on first floor. The room itself is practical, functional, and clean. Love the washer and clothes rack. The room is spacious and bathroom is large. Appreciate the kitchen as well.

Lobby is basic. Staff members ok, not outstanding. Rooms varied on amenities. I booked two rooms. One room had a sponge thing to clean the dishes. The other room did not. One room had Kleenex, the other did not. Just some minor inconsistencies. The elevators are not practical. Slow and annoying as one elevator only goes to the high floors starting from 18 onwards. We had one room on 16th and other on 18th floor. If I took the high floor elevators, it would skip 16th floor.

Very clean , comfortable and modern.Almost everything was provided except for the disposable amenities which is not an issue at all. Staff was very attentive to our needs , especially the house keeping staff. Location is very convenient and connected to the metro station- Haeundae. Lot of cafes restaurants and convenience stores in and around the building. Money exchange in basement.

Nothing about the property but some of the staff at lobby could not communicate well in English, but that can be overcome using translation apps .

The location is great. Haeundae station is just right outside the building. Tours also pick up from there which is very convenient. There are also plenty of eateries within the vicinity. The beach is also just a short walk from the hotel. The room is perfect for families because it’s like an apartment with mini kitchen complete with a full sized refrigerator and stove top. It also comes with its own mini laundry area situated in the balcony which makes it easier to hang clothes. There are also plenty of storage where we can put our luggages instead of it being just on the floor and taking up space. I really appreciate the room layout because it maximized the space. The breakfast is also great with wide selection of western and asian cuisine. I love the salad section. Prior to booking, I’ve been reading lots of complaints regarding the elevator and while it’s not really the fastest, we didn’t experience a ridiculous amount of wait time. The longest time we had to wait was upon check out which is because everyone is going out at the same time. This is on mid November. If we ever come back to Busan, we’re definitely staying here again.

The lobby is a makeshift one. I think they’re undergoing a renovation? But it didn’t look like a hotel at all. It was so cluttered. The pillows are also just 2 pieces and too soft which makes my head lie flat on the bed. We’re very tired at the end of each day so we were still able to sleep but the bed is not the most comfortable. The coffee in the breakfast is bad but there are lots of coffee shops when you go out.

Love the wooden furnishing and homely feeling. Thankful that staff gave a free upgrade as the balcory in the studio i booked had a spoilt door that could not lock. The one bedroom was just right in terms of space and how furniture was placed in the kitchen, will book that next time! Kitchen was well equipped for simple cooking. Room has sufficient blackout curtain. Housekeeping lady was considerate and discreet, giving the things i needed when i had the do not disturb sign up. Quiet environment and my lift wait was not as bad as some of the reviews. Overall enjoyed my stay.

It was the 3rd time I went there and as every time I have enjoyed it. The location is just perfect, right next to the Haeundae subway station, right at the corner of the main street with plenty of restaurants and shops, and 5-7min to the beach by walk. The rooms are spacious, clean and with everything you need for a short but also a long stay. It includes even a washing machine. The staff allowed a slightly earlier check-in (were lucky cause there were available rooms) and we opted for a late check-out that you have to pay for of course but it is good option if you travel a bit later in the afternoon but you still want to enjoy a bit more the beach. Otherwise, the front desk enables you to leave your luggages before check-in and after check-out if needed .

Nothing particular except the longue queue for elevators but quite common for a 42th floors building.

Very convenient location, 3min walk to Haeundae station with elevator exit 7, seaview 34th floor, clean & spacious. Good daily housekeeping with clean towels. Clean washer. 24hr eatery serving homely Korean food at reasonable prices. CU & Compose at entrance.

Not really except central floor heating kind of warm. But can overcome by opening a small window.

The room facilities are exactly like you're staying in a studio apartment as it comes with a washer, dining area, and kitchenette. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, always smiling + welcoming, and would go the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. 1. We arrived very early in the morning around 1am and our check-in process was swift. 2. We accidentally left our key card in the room and it literally took a minute for the hotel staff to create a new one for us to access our room. 3. We had to print a travel document last minute and the concierge helped us to print with no extra charges and no complains. 4. The housekeeping staff were warm and friendly, and would initiate conversations with us, like recommending places to shop and eat. 5. We also love the blackout curtains. The hotel is also very close to a lot of restaurants and a train station, so it's very cold convenient to move around.

1. The lift system can be improved. A few times the lift would miss our floor and we had to wait more than 10 minutes for one to get to our floor. 2. Overall decor along the hallways can be upgraded as some of the wallpapers were coming off.

If you worry about booking Haeundae off season don't. It's a great neighboorhood to be in. I was there early april. Hotel is right off the subway , close to express bus station and common pick up point for many tours. Room was very clean and fully equipped. Service was excellent, I'd totally recommend this place.

It's a busy building and not all floors belong to the hotel, hotel reception is on the 6th floor which can bother some people. Except from the fact that there can be a queue for the elevator it wasn't a big deal to me.

Great suite with plenty of space at a good price. I could almost live there!

Info from staff was lacking - each different question was met with the same copy and pasted answer that didn't really address the question. It was only by reading reviews and making a few guesses that we could work out how to check in properly (if driving, just drive into the car park - entrance on the pedestrianised street and yes it does appear OK to drive there - and park anywhere; then take the lift to floor 6 where reception is (not floor 1, marked as 'concierge'; staff will register the registration number and then you can drive in and out freely during your stay).
