The place is nicely located near Haeundae Station, with just couple of minutes walk to the beautiful beach. You can basically find anything you want at the close vicinity of the hotel, from 24/7 shops, to restaurants and food stands. It is right next to a beautiful walkway (the mail one) that leads to the beach. As for accommodation it is as shown in the pictures, it's clean, quite new, and everything is provided.

Perfect location—just steps away from the subway station. There's a convenience store right downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The heater was quite loud, and there was noticeable noise from the elevators. Light sleepers might find it challenging to fall asleep (I had to take sleep aids 3 out of 4 nights). The building definitely shows its age.

Close to train station and great location for food (lots of restaurants around area, convenience store under hotel and market was walking distance). Lots of space to open more than 2 luggages. Laundry and luggage storage before check in was available. Was warned about the ongoing construction sound but didn’t hear much during our stay.

AC didn’t work and was very warm so had to open windows

Good location! Close to the subway and bus stop. There are many delicious restaurants nearby and convenient stores. Walkable to haeundae beach.

The light is not suitable for put on make up. The light in bathroom is too dim. There is no air conditioner at night. They open heater! Too hot!!! Last, waiting for the elevator in the morning takes too long.

We loved and enjoyed the hotel, amenities and location. However the best memory of this hotel was your staff. The issue we experienced with our room was solved with efficiency and gave. I am thankful to the hotel staff the most for our wonderful stay. When we are back in Busan, this hotel will be on our list thanks to your people.

Great location, near to Haeundae subway station, Haeundae beach and local market. But keep in mind that Haeundae is a bit far from some attractions, especially those in Nampo area, so be prepared for 1h in subway to get there. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. And many options around for shopping and dining, so you don't need to pay for the hotel breakfast, so many coffee shops around. No problem with English.

They should improve cleaning, especially bathroom.

Great location with plenty of food options downstairs; short walk to the market and beachfront, including Blue Line Park. You’ll see the hotel when climbing the stairs to the street level from Exit 2 of Haeundae Station.

Pillows were low and soft, and we were told the hotel has no spare pillows when we asked for additional 2.

Really love the hotel even if it seems like only a 3 star hotel. The staff were also very professional and helped us book a taxi to Busan station. There is an emart below the hotel so you can easily buy snacks and water

It is quite far to Somyeon or the city center

Very clean. I’ve stayed at higher end hotels that were not as clean. Comfortable beds. The staff spoke excellent English. Fantastic location. Next to the shops but off the Main Street. Highly recommended.

That the room temp was preset and it got a bit stuffy at night even during winter.

Its located in the best place in entire BUSAN. Hasselfree travelling & best of the food, shopping, partying options.

Room size is little too small for the price you pay in similar hotels abroad as well as in the capital Seoul.
