There was no option to call anyone or talk to anyone. And the responses were in Korean so had to be translated. Many times we had questions and would have been good to have a number to call or someone to talk to as it would have made things a lot easier but we had to figure everything out ourselves. It was a comfortable experience but felt very impersonal.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location. It was great to have the washing machine which was also a dryer. The shower was hot and the towels soft. The bed was very comfortable and wifi quick. The apartment is well set out and access was easy. There is a team you can message for any issues. I got a quick response when I had issues with the check-in button.

These are not negatives but improvements. A drying rack would be nice as well as a few more cleaning aids such as broom or stick vacuum. Something other than paper towel to wipe dishes and can the stay instructions that are online come in other languages other than Korean.

We stayed in an apartment on the 23rd floor, and the view was stunning. The apartment was well-furnished, and everything worked perfectly. The building is fresh and appears to have had few previous occupants, so everything felt new. The hotel's location is excellent; we had a great view of the sea and were slightly removed from the main street, which made it peaceful.

There was construction next to our building, and sometimes it started very early (one day at 5:55 am). As I'm sensitive to noise, I didn't sleep well.

Location was very good. It was located in a quiet area that wasn’t far from the more livelier parts which was good when you want a good night’s rest. Spacious inside and check-in was smooth.

Even though we stayed for 5 nights we only received one set of bath towels which we had to keep using. This wouldn’t be a problem if there was a rack to dry it on but there wasn’t so it smelt after a few days. We raised it with the host who was reluctant at first but eventually gave us a new set. Toilet paper also ran out and we had to restock ourselves. The convenience store downstairs sold them in packs of 15 rolls which is obviously too much. Even if you try to pay for some room cleaning to get stocked up again, that was another chore in itself. Would be great if they can adjust the toiletries and towels based on number of nights.

The residence is very new and spacious. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit, which was perfect for our family. In addition to having two bathrooms, there was also a bathtub facing the beach, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful sea view from a high floor — it was truly relaxing. The overall setup of the space was excellent: the air conditioner was LG, the TV was Samsung, and all the home appliances were well-equipped, including a bidet toilet and a washer-dryer. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plus an oven, microwave, and coffee machine. The lighting was also controlled by smart switches. Our stay was extremely comfortable, and I would highly recommend this place for families or groups of friends!

The room was very clean, high tech with everything controlled electronically, location very close to beach and main strip, check-in was easy via code sent through email, lots of storage space, drinking water supplied, loved the shampoo/conditoner/hand wash/face wash supplied.

Being a foreigner, It was a bit hard when we first arrived to figure out how to use the electronics to control things like lights, kitchen appliances, washing machine etc as everything was in Korean. There was also a bad smell in the lobby and when we first entered the room and bathrooms.

Good location with clean room. Space is good with high CP.

The height of the hanging wardrobe is very high. You can only touch it if you are over 180cm tall. It is poorly designed.

Spacious apartment a short walk to the beach and the main restaurant area of Haeundae. Very clean, and felt new. Comfortable beds. Check in / check out were smooth, with automatic e-mail with access instructions sent at 11am on the morning of check in. We stayed with a 2 year old toddler who loved the hot tub looking out over the sea, especially on a rainy afternoon when we couldn’t go to the beach!

Small bins for general waste and lack of any extra bins to place recycling in the apartment.

Beautiful new apartment. So spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Plenty of space for everyone. Two bed and baths, plus walk in cupboards, clever laundry space, lots of other storage nooks. Apartment was in a great location. Right opposite the beach and also the main shopping street. Easy to walk everywhere.

Kitchen missing a bin, tea towels, something to clean dishes with and clean counters. There were kitchen rolls but these aren’t appropriate or sustainable options.

Great location as it was close to the beach and train/ bus station. It has got everything I need: small kitchen for simple cooking, washing/dryer, spacious shower room, love the mini sunny room for some quite time before bed.

Doesn’t have a view from the window but not a big deal for me as it is easy to walk to the beach nearby. Didn’t have enough toilet paper rolls so you might have to prepare some if you are staying longer for the trip.
