We stayed here the first week of April. The location of this hotel was great. Close to the beach and a street with lots of food at night but still not in the middle of the crowd so we could rest well. It was also near a beautiful cliff walking and viewing point. The room was clean and it had a good shower. The breakfast that we didn't think was included was basic but good for us since we didn't expect anything anyway. And just around the corner there are bakeries and convenience stores. The staff was really nice and helpful. Next time we will definitely stay here again.

Liked- the staff was friendly. There’s free bottles of water to take in the lobby. The rooms were clean. The location was great. I decided to extend my stay another night and they let me keep my room. They even provide a 3 type phone charger in the room. Elevators were fast. The shower was great. Dislike- they only provide hand towels no full sized towels for after the shower. The bed was uncomfortable for me but I did fine. Every time I put the “do not disturb” on the door I would come back at night to see that they cleaned the room and put the sign inside. The breakfast was only bread, baked eggs, and some crackers with juice and coffee. No variety.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ordered something which was delivered to the hotel prior to my arrival and safely handed to me once I checked in. I leaft my luggage both before check in and after check out with the receptionist which was a huge help. The hotel's location made easy access to the beach and the traditional market.

The breakfast was much simpler than I expected. My unit's airconditioner made a lot of noise at night which I had to turn off and open the windows, but it made it a bit inconvenient, as the area around the hotel is quite lively at night.

The location is top-notch. Only a few minutes walk from both Haeundae Station and Haeundae Beach, this hotel offers a pretty quiet ambiance which is nice for taking a nice rest at the end of the day. The staff I was talking to is good in Japanese (I speak Japanese) and he helped me a lot during the check-in process. The room is spacious, clean, and has basic amenities. The breakfast (bread, butter, jam, eggs, coffee, and juice) is good too.

The room cleaning services start a bit late in the afternoon. The breakfast space is relatively tiny and can be pretty crowded at times.

It's easily the best I have stayed, Breakfast included, hairdryer was the best with strong wind (long thick hair ppl would appreciate this). The location was great, it's near the main street like literally really near w/o the noise, accessible by foot. I could not also compliment enough about the Toiletries provided, the showering experience was great and THEY HAVE FLOOR MAT (means no more wet feet after shower) And you would not believe it they have phone charger in the room, how thoughtful is this?!

What's not to like after all those good points I gave? T T If being good is a bad thing, you need to reflect yourself.

Hotel close to everything, about 7 min to the metro station, 5 min to the beach, 3 min to the Main Street including food market, even a huge supermarket is only 30 min per foot or one metro station away. Breakfast for this little hotel more than enough, you have toasts or bread, butter and jam, hard boiled eggs, coffee, nut tea and juice. For us it was a perfect start into the day. Room is quite spacious and clean, which is important for us. Staff doesn’t speak perfect English, but is very helpful and always tries it’s best. They even had washing machines for free. We enjoyed a lot and next time we will be in Busan, we will choose that Hotel again.

All the staff members were super helpful (both the front desk and cleaning staff that we had brief contact with). Great location, halfway between the Haeundae metro station and the beach. Tons of good restaurants and all sorts of entertainment options nearby. Great value for the money. The room has clearly been used, but it was well-maintained and thoroughly cleaned. It was what I had expected based on the photos. It's the usual 'business hotel' fare. Eg. don't expect fluffy massive towels. The breakfast was toast (or some multi-grain bread) with butter and strawberry jam. Boiled eggs. Coffee, milk, a few different fruit juices. Microwave was available. Blackout blinds for the windows, so I was able to get some good sleep. Laundry and dryer worked fine. It's nothing fancy, but it was good value for the money.

No real complaints. The construction work around was a bit intense (but we only heard it while walking outside of the hotel, inside it was quiet).

Spotlessly clean. Newly renovated. Free simple breakfast. Friendly staff. Located in the middle of Haeundae station and beach. Walk 900m walking distance to 101 The Bay for night view. Use elevator in Haeundae station to get out from B1B2 to ground floor. No need to take stair with carrying big luggage. Hotel lobby smells good. Comfortable bed. Quiet area. Yadayada.. Just book this hotel. Allow luggage storage before check in.

Nothing. Everything is just so nice

Great location with friendly and very helpful staff. We saved a lot on laundry fees as we were allowed to use the hotel washing machine. They booked our airport taxi at 4am for us which was nice. With Haeundae offering so many choices for food and entertainment we really didn't need to be in the hotel much.

Its a basic hotel so dont expect anything too fancy. however, because of its excellent location at Haeundael. It's not fancy but we got a clean room and decent staff to look after us.

The rooms are nice with decent size for Korea. It is a good value for money. Well located near bus and metro stations (5min walk) Complimentary basic breakfast.

You have very little privacy in the bathroom as there is no door for the whole bathroom, only individual ones for the toilet and shower. The mattress is hard. Cleanliness could improve.
