The location. Near to night life/ shopping/7eleven and of course the beach. Walkable distance to alot of cafe/ salt bread/ standard bread, olive young, blue line etc and halal places! We enjoyed Hello India Al Waha!!suite cleaned everyday with whatspp booking msg between management and us. Bed abit lumpy and pillows were too soft. No extra pillow given even if requested

Confusing location! Taxi send us to wrong one. Please check or contact the UH Suite in advance. Our suite was at the Harbour Building. Its next to a bread cafe (dont remember name) life to the side but no UH Suite was listed. Because i read review beforehand, i recalled a 4th floor and so when we checked out 4th floor thats when we found reception. Washer but dryer is not availble.

Conveniently located across from Haeundae Beach, has a convenient store downstairs and backs onto the main strip with restaurants (lots of great Indian options in addition to traditional Korean food, Mac Donald’s) and cafes (Osulloc), coin laundry, entertainment (game centres) and shopping (Olive Young, Amore). Room was clean and has a beautiful of the beach as per photos and as seen on socials. You can purchase bath bombs from reception. Check out was simple and can drop off room cards at reception.

Check-in was slightly confusing as we were sent instructions to go to a particular address which led to an unmanned reception. There was a sign to contact them via various channels including WhatsApp and turns out we were at the Annex building which is around the corner from their main building which was where we were staying. When we got to the main building, check in was straight forward with staff at reception.

The location of the property was very excellent, it was close to the beach, metro and many restaurants and cafes. And the view is directly to the beach, you can even see the ongoing events from your room. The staff were very helpful and easy to talk to as they understood english. Aria gave us a free upgrade and the room was spacious and the jacuzzi was clean and warm, the privacy was one of the top qualities of the location.

The property was in excellent location, right infront of Haeundae beach and just a short walking distance to Haeundae subway station. The walk along the promenade to get to Blueline Park, Busan X The Sky and also the other restaurants and eateries was great. I was travelling solo, and had an early and rough start to my morning, so I was pleasantly surprised and grateful that they upgraded my room to one with the spa! It was definitely a room that I would not hesitate to book again, and the staff at the front desk was lovely too. It was clean and well maintained too!

The location is great. With a bus stop just below and opposite and walking distance to the metro. Walking for like less than 5 mins if you don't detour. The surroundings are full of restaurants and night markets just 5 mins away. View of the bench.

The lift is very slow. Specially peak period will definitely need to wait.

Great location right on the beach and next to the main road. Staff very attentive through whatsapp.

Only one lift for the whole building shared with another hotel in same building, long wait times and often full. Wallpaper coming off walls with lots of previous water damage visible from air conditioning leaks. Hot water took an eternity to come for the shower.

The location is good. Haeundae Beach is just a short walk away. Room looks visually appealing and clean.

The room is pretty hot during the day, even after adjusting the heater settings. The sewerage smell becomes increasingly prominent at night, which is quite unpleasant.

Had an extremely pleasant stay at Uh Suite! The room had a beautiful view of Haeundae Beach and was clean and comfortable. The staff were also friendly and ready to assist. The location is good and is walking distance to many shops and eateries. Highly recommend staying here, I’ll definitely rebook if I return to Busan :)

Shower cubicle didnt have a door and had no elevation outside the cubicle, causing floor to get wet

The hotel should have more security at the hotel front door especially during the night such as code lock door

Room size was spacious. Comfortable. Good to have two bathrooms.

More basic beverages to be provided. Eg coffee and tea sachets. Basic cutlery can be provided too. There was no scent in the room. The aromatherapy was not lighted up for us and we were not given any lighter or matches to light it up.
