Everything was wonderful. The location and property was great. The only downside was that the code to enter the building was the wrong one given to us. However, there was always someone exiting the building so we were able to get inside. The other thing is the trash/recycling container. There should be more containers, especially as you’ll have to throw out your own recycling. This would make it easier for sorting, especially as people who don’t know the system would find this overwhelming. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

No information from staff on how to get to our room.limited english.reception desk was on the first floor with no signs on how to get there. We had to ask security for help. Its a residence with resident people living there. Nearly all shops or restaurants were closed around the place. The beds were uncomfortable..very hard to sleep on. Stains on pillow but i think it was only color from washing.

The apartment was superb in many ways, great location and lovely views

It was great in many ways but also very strange. Once we eventually found the reception through the crowds of people it was a very unwelcoming experience like we were disturbing workers in an office. Half way through our visit the door entry codes changed and we weren’t informed (took half n hour to get in). Every morning new face towels were delivered but we never got any bath towels - never tried drying after a shower with a bag of face towels! And so the list went on, nothing really bad just annoying . Oh and they never answered my messages to the property

Fantastic location right above the arcade, with several bars, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. Beach front views, large kitchen and living rooms, the 3 bedroom was perfect for a large family.

This is an apartment complex with some guest rooms, but there was no typical front desk. The offices were spread across several buildings and check in required phoning a Korean number to obtain key codes. Information was supposedly sent to my mobile phone, but with no local roaming I didn't receive the info. Luckily I was travelling with Korean family who figured things out, but if you don't speak Korean it might be difficult to stay here.

It was spacious and I loved staying so close to the beach. Lots of convenience stores and coffee shops on the same block. Staff was super responsive. Easy to check-in using the keypad. It was also super simple to get around on foot or by bus - or splurge a bit more and get an Uber. I also loved that they had a water purifier in the room.

The bed was small and not super comfy. Luckily there were some additional duvets so we used them for extra support. I also wish they had regular sized towels - they made up for this by providing multiple smaller towels fresh daily. The AC stopped working too; but given the time of the year, just an open window worked fine. A suggestion for them would be to allow guests to use the washer/dryer - it would’ve been amazing to do some laundry.

Location was excellent. Exactly as described. View from the master bedroom and living room allow one to appreciate the water along with the sunrise. Close to shopping, dining, and transportation. Attentive site manager who quickly addressed any questions.

Very appreciative of sight. Site manager answered any questions via email immediately reducing any concern. Consider leaving a direction sheet or folder on site for common questions such as wifi, trash locations. The beds were extremely firm. It may help to mention the comfort level of the beds to reduce any surprise on the level of firmness

The location was great. Love the beach view, the restaurants and train station all close by. Yet, it wad the view of the beach and sunlight that makes this place a winner.

Bathroom dated. Stains gave an uncomfortable feel.

Location and spacious

Sign in room says you will be charged if you use the dishwasher and you must do the dishes in the kitchen before you leave or else there is extra charge. Also, it sleeps 10 but only gives enough blankets for 8 and those 8 must be couples….there is a charge for blankets for extra 2 people from the first 8.

Right on the seafront . It is like like a little apartment . Difficult to work out code and entry etc , thankfully I had a Korean friend with me . Room spacious , little kitchen , nice bathroom , quiet

We loved this apartment so much. We will surely want to stay nowhere else when we visit Busan again.
