The location was great, not only was it right in front of the beach, but also close to the city centre as well as bus stops, restaurants, etc. The floors are separated by dogs/pets allowed and not allowed which I assume must be nice for those without pets (we went with our dog). The rooms are well equipped with dog necessities, from pads to a small step stool/ladder for the dogs to jump to the bed. The room also provided one of those deodoriser/sanitiser machines for clothes, which always come in handy when being with pets!

Unfortunately some info was not updated regarding the services, for which we had planned our day around that. Ex. the pet care centre was supposed to be open from 10 til 22 hrs, however it only opened from 12 to 20 hrs which meant we had start our day alter and end it short. The grooming salon's hours are also quite short (until 18 hrs if I remember correctly) which, since it's a self grooming salon, would be nice if it could go until a bit later. The walls seem to be a bit thin (I could hear other dogs barking from inside and outside the room) but nothing that can be done about it.

All was new and clear. If you’ll take the sea view and hit a top floors you won’t hesitate to return once more. Staff were nice and welcoming. Rooftop has also a descent view. And especially I liked steam styler wardrobe. That’s amazing that you can refresh you clothes so quickly.

The only one smallest thing (but it’s pretty common on Korea) that in the coffee shop at the first floor latte is overheated and you drink not latte but a boiling milk with coffee taste. But that’s super minor.

Great location, although it took the Taxi Driver a little while to work out the location. The language barrier didn't help. Amazing view from the room. The room was super clean.

The lobby area is a little sterile and not very welcoming. We had to wait for our room for an hour and sat in some seating to wait as it was torrential rain outside and were then advised that we had to buy a drink to use the facilities.

Very comfortable beds. Nice shower. We got lucky and had a view of the beach. The location was very comfortable and close to the beach and many restaurants.

Sand all over the floor. I’m not sure if the cleaning ladies were vacuuming properly. It would be nice to have a wash area outside after a bit to the beach. No breakfast.

really liked this hotel the location is perfect for a beach holiday

we had been told there was luggage storage, there is but it’s exclusive to residents of Korea as you need a Korean phone number to use. This was hugely frustrating as we had been told we could come to the hotel early and use the storage. However the staff were kind and helped us find alternative storage and so it didn’t cause us much stress after the initial panic.

Very spacious room with amazing views of the city and beach. Lovely big balcony.

Would have table and chairs to be able to sit out in the balcony and some glasses in the room.

The room was spacious, clean, modern and just perfect. Shower cabin in the bathroom was great (in Korea shower cabin is not common). We had towels, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner. The view from balcony was AMAZING! The beach is across the street and the closest subway is 10 minutes walk.

I have little mixed feelings. In first day I was little disappointed as there is no reception and the automatic check-in system is really small and hard to notice. But I stay 5 nights, love the room, the view to ocean, the balcony with bathtub. All you need for nice stay in your room is there. Super good location.

Missing the atrium and the welcoming feeling. Under the bed is totally not cleaned - dropped one item down and the dust level there is huge.

Incredible view from the top floor! Really comfortable beds and a beautiful separated shower as well. Housekeeping was also excellent!

The self check in was a little confusing at first as I was looking for a lobby, not expecting the digital kiosk. I’m not sure if I just missed information about self check in/check out online but I think that could be clearer, or at least reminded of by email on the day of check in.
