Warming greeted on arrival by Summer. She was very accommodating even though we had arrived earlier than the allowed check in. We reserved a family spa room and it was perfect for us. Bunk beds for our two children and a spacious bed. The decor was perfect and everything was clean and looked very new. The layout and general ambience as the room was excellent. The best thing is the free laundry service provided. It was amazing to be able to had in our clothes and for it to be returned and washed within a couple of hours, free of charge. This was a bonus as we would have needed to find a laundromat. The hotel also has a soft play room for the children which is decorated nicely with soft colours. Clean and well maintained! There was also a casual lounge which was free to use for those wanting to bring in take away food to enjoy at the hotel without smelling out the bedroom. The casual long w was equipped with plates, cutlery and sink for washing. The final lounge was the whiskey lounge which is also free of charge, we didn’t try this as we are not drinkers but the room did look cozy! Location 1 minute away from haeundae beach.

Would have liked a few more hooks in the bathroom for used towels and clothes.

We loved the free snacks and whiskey in the very stylish and cozy barrel and books room. A nice way to reflect on the day before going out for dinner, saw some couples were playing card games or reading in there too. Already missing the cheese and caramel popcorn (a combination I didn't know would be so tasty). A lovely room and the general interior design around the property was really nice and calming. The room layout was zoned nicely and the bath was lovely (note you can only use the bath bombs they provide but you can ask for extras if staying longer, they are charged but no more than a typical bath bomb would cost). The what's app to be able to arrange breakfast, cleaning times and for queries was very helpful. One little note if you are vegetarian or vegan let them know at check-in as the included breakfast doesn't include a veggie option. And you must try the lovely apple tea.

My stay at the UH Continental Centerpoint Hotel in Busan exceeded all expectations. First and foremost, the location was unbeatable. With easy access to major attractions and public transportation, it made getting around the city incredibly convenient. Popular spots like Busan Station and Haeundae Beach were just a short ride away, which helped maximize our time exploring. The room itself was stylish and spotless, making a great impression from the moment I walked in. The bed was soft and clean, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and I was especially impressed by the in-room jacuzzi — a luxurious touch that added to the overall experience. What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality. The staff were warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out, always greeting us with a smile and responding quickly to any requests. Their service made the stay not only comfortable but genuinely enjoyable.

The property is stunning. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They spoke English fluently and made us feel genuinely welcome. The rooms are truly one of a kind. Instead of the usual hotel aesthetic, they embrace a warm, cozy design that feels both modern and traditional. The wooden finishes and the added zen garden create an atmosphere reminiscent of a Korean Hanok, adding a unique charm to the experience. I highly recommend this place, especially if it’s your first time visiting Korea or Busan. The hotel offers several amenities, including different lounges. We only had the chance to visit the whiskey bar, which offered a fantastic selection of whiskeys and bourbons—complimentary for guests. Our stay also included a complimentary breakfast. The menu is simple yet refined, served as a three-course meal with options of beef or seafood. The portions are generous, making it feel more like a luxurious brunch. The location is another highlight. The beach is just a five-minute walk away, and Haeundae Station is about ten minutes on foot. The surrounding area is packed with incredible restaurants, many specializing in Busan’s famous seafood. The Haeundae Night Market and shopping street were also a fantastic addition to our trip. Overall, this hotel delivers an unforgettable stay with its thoughtful design, excellent service, and prime location. I would absolutely stay here again!

The spa room was amazing - so clean, spacious and relaxing. The jacks hour was an amazing luxury we took full advantage of. Staff were all beyond helpful and professional - there was always someone at the desk to assist. Location is wonderful. Close (very short walking distance) to everything you need - a bunch of restaurants, convenience stores, attractions and the beach. Highly recommend - cannot wait to stay again.

The location is perfect close to the beach and many eateries. Convenience store is only steps away. The room is very cozy and nice. The sauna style bath was a major plus and so nice to work in after a day of exploring! my husband loved the free whiskey tasting in the evenings as well. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was very accommodating and even gave us an upgraded room. It was our favorite hotel in Korea so far!

It was very relaxing, having bunk beds for the kids, nice queen size bed for me and my wife, bathroom with dual sinks, separate rooms for the toilet and shower. The best part was the large spa bath and curved seating area in the far side of the room with quality robes and bath bombs provided. Really enjoyed our stay.

Extremely clean rooms and felt so luxurious from the check in, to the premium spa room, the breakfast and the offer to help us call taxi when we checked out. The lighting was amazing and so nice I would 100% come back.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes away from the beach. The interior design is beautiful; the room is comfortable and well-designed. The bathtub is spacious and clean.
