1) superb location. at Mipo end of Haeundae Beach. lots of eateries in surrounding area. on lovely dry day, the beach is literally at door step (a few minutes walk) and you can have a really nice stroll to the city centre. Bus stop around the corner ( to Centum City, Haeundae Station Exit 5 a major pickup point for bus tours etc), walk to Haeundae Blue Line Park ( for beach train or sky capsule or walk the board walk all the way to Songjeon station), call a taxi to Yonggunsa Temple (about 20mm away, and drop into Lotte Premium Outlet mall nearby the Temple if you’ve time). we didn’t take the subway but they are nearby too. 2) most important was the washer and dryer LG TROMM 9 kg machine- so quiet and powerful!!! (wash is about 1hr, standard dry time is about 3.5hrs… and there is an inbuilt drying rack drawer built into the wardrobe!!!) 3) Daily housekeeping, 4) friendly front desk staff who were not proficient in English but made every effort to understand what we requested (through mobile app translation).

1) No views was not an issue with us, but for those looking for room with view, be aware the apartment blocks is like a flanked V with view of the very big carpark and opposite buildings. basically no view but it actually doesn’t bother us as we are out visiting the whole day and the apartment is spacious with basic amenities met ( comfy bed, large bathroom, quality body shampoo, hair shampoo, conditioner), pots and pans, cutlery and dinner plates for two pax, microwave, giant fridge bd freezer and microwave).2) only 2 clothes hangers… should provide more. 3) no bath floor mat/ floor towel.

The room is spacious. All appliances worked well. I like that it has an inverter washing machine so u can do your laundry while on holiday. I like that its close to the bus stop that takes you to major attractions. Daily cleaning is available so you can get fresh towels everyday. You just have to inform the reception is you would like them to clean the room everyday and the time you prefer them to do the cleaning. I like that the hotel/residence is fully furnished. It made our stay in Busan really comfortable.

We had to walk in circles to find the room as the instruction from the receptionist and the signs in the building didnt match. The rooms were in building B, whilst the check in counter is in building A. The hotel is very hard to find if you are using public transport to the hotel (that is even with naver map's help). The room is clean in general. However, I have noticed some mold in the bathroom. You will need to acquire an instruction from the receptionist to turn the gas on if you want to cook.

This is my second time booking this hotel. Although the hotel couldn't find our booking when we checked in, after a long communication between the hotel staff and Booking, we were given a large suite for four people in Building B. It was really unexpected. The room can only be described as perfect, with a large kitchen, a large refrigerator, a large living room, a comfortable bed, and a nice view. This is the cleanest room we have stayed in on this trip. It's really great.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the subway station, but there are many restaurants nearby and it is very close to X the sky and the coast train station, so it is not a big problem

Location of the hotel is great, just one street behind Haeundae Beach. Convenience stores, bars and restaurants are located closeby. For this price I think the hotel offers great value, with lots of space, clean rooms and good facilities. I would definitely consider staying here again. I read some helpful reviews before booking, so I will reiterate this information for others as well: the check-in desk is in a different building from the rooms themselves, so it can be a bit of a search to find the right location.

If you are travelling with a suitcase, note that bulky luggage is generally not allowed on the buses in Busan, so either take the metro (which is a bit of a walk) or take a taxi. This is of course not the fault of the hotel but good to take into consideration when choosing your accomodation.

The room was spacious. The included washing machine is great! There was all the basic kitchen equipment and daily fresh towels. Gym access is also good and there is a convenience shop on the ground floor. There is also a place to wash your feet from sand on the ground floor if you’re coming from the beach - which is literally just across the street. We loved that there was a bidet and the bathroom was overall really nice. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were also included. There was quite a lot of storage space.

Sometimes the elevators took a while to come. There was no cleaning equipment in the room so if you don’t get room service and stay for a longer time (we stayed for 10 days), it’s a bit tricky to keep it clean. It can be difficult to communicate in English with some of the staff so definitely download a translator before coming

Loved the location near Haeundae beach. The room was very comfortable, spacious, clean. There were lots of drawers and cabinets to organize things. The freezer and fridge is huge!! The kitchen had ample counter space. Loved that there’s a rice cooker, tea kettle, microwave, and stove. The bidet toilet is also a plus!

Everything was excellent but the only negative thing is worrying about elevator access. We tried checking out in time at 11, however we were delayed since we couldn’t get an elevator. Fortunately the stairs were easy to walk down from

- location : the hotel is conveniently located 10 12mn walking from Haeundae station, and you have bus stops close to the hotel as well. The beach is also only 2mn away or 3 if you have to wait at the traffic light. You have convenience stores right next to the building and tons of restaurants/cafés since you're literally by the beach. Be careful as the hotel actually has rooms in two buildings (A and B) so you need to check your building before getting to your room. The receptionist will give you a plan anyway so you wont get lost. Make sure you go to the correct reception desk, there are many companies/hotels renting rooms in the buildings so go to the Plea de Blanc reception and then follow the staff's directions for building A and B. - room : my room was very spacious and clean, with pots and everything to cook and do the dishes. The hotel provides shampoo, conditioner and shower gel (although it looks like shampoo and body wash are the same thing... I found it not too gentle for the skin) BUT no toothbrush/toothpaste so bring your own (or buy it at the reception desk for a fee). You also have slippers for the room and slippers for the bathroom, and towels (BIG towels and smaller ones) The view was quite clear so the room wasnt dark and sunlight not hidden by high buildings. You also have sockets near the bed which is convenient. The room itself is quiet, you don't hear anything from the outside, the only inconvenience I experienced was travelers upstairs who were more stomping/walking heavily but this is unrelated to the room itself. - other : there is cleaning of course, and while I checked in, the receptionist asked about cleaning time, saying I would have to be outside the room for two hours for the cleaning to be done, and I chose the time.

- the bed was not comfortable. The mattress wasnt especially thin but it was hard, I had back pain. The pillows also were not that great. And one pillowcase looked very yellowy/dirty so I think the hotel should check the overused pillowcases and do something about that because even though they are clean, it does look old and dirty. - the elevator war. There are 2 elevators in the building, which has rooms until the 22nd floor. They can get very crowded and you may have to let 2 or 3 elevators pass before you can actually enter one. If you really have somewhere to go, plan accordingly and leave early enough...

Nice location 👌 Close to beach, restaurants, coffee shops, foreign friendly restaurants. Sea life aquarium, and blue line Train within walking distance. Very touristic area, lots of foreigners. So very friendly and accepting of foreigners. Aquarium offers 30% discount if you show your hotel key that you're staying in hongdae. Bring passports to get discounts for kids etc. Buy tickets at location. Lotte world by taxi is about 15000won. Also bring passports for kids. 20% discount if pay by Mastercard. Buy tickets at location. We liked the place so much we rebooked twice. Rooms perfectly sound proof. Family suite is great for kids. King room is a little tight with family of four but fun with everyone sleeping in same bed.

Front desk girl understood and could speak more English than she let on. Otherwise helpful and respectful.

Location was brilliant - subway very close and wonderful walks along the coastline. Close to Hyundae Food Street where we first fell in love with honey hotteok and kimchi dumplings. Such incredible Korean food.

The information in English was not up to date in the room. The breakfast hotel had been closed for a while but we only found out after looking and then checking in with reception.

We were upgraded to a bigger room, which was actually an apartment. We had full kitchen, living room, bedroom and a bathroom. Washing machine was available but you need your own detergent. Also there was no drying rack. There were two AC, and they worked well. TV was huge and you can sign up with your Netflix account and enjoy it. Sofa was comfortable. There was a pan and a pot so it was possible do some cooking. Also a rice cooker was available. There wasn’t that many plates or forks but it was doable. They bring you water and clean towels everyday. There is a great gym! And the location is 3 min from the beach, great location.

Some parts of the apartment was getting run down. But for us it was a great apartment and we could have stayed longer. No early check-in or drying rack.
