The property was nice specially the one with the ocean view. The fact that the location was by the beach was a good point. The bed was comfortable!

it would've been good to have two cards to access the breakfast. And the floors were not as clean as it could have been. And the baby crib was not clean and no bedsheet. One guy at the reception was not pleasant.

VIEW: The view from my room is unmatchable. I can hear the ocean waves at night. LOCATION: Close to everything literally steps away from cafes, restaurants, the beach, convenience stores. The traditional market is also in close walking distance as well as the Blueline train and capsule station. STAFF: Always smiling and very helpful. They can also converse well in English so that's a plus. AMENITIES: Free bottled water, coffee, tea at the lobby. The shower amenities are also lovely and one can tell they are of good quality. They smelled so nice! Beds and pillows are comfortable as well. They have one laundry and dryer and you need to pay 10000KRW to use. There's free breakfast but don't expect much as it's not a full breakfast spread. There will be bread and jam, fruit, yoghurt, milk and cereal and some juices. Not bad for a start of day. Plus it's free and comes with the room rate.

Accessible to the Blueline Park and Busan X Sky (less than 2 mins walk to both) - PRIME location for good value of money! There were free breakfast included AND you could do your laundry, yes wash and dry! There is also a 7E, CU and Olive Young near by all less than 1 min walk!! Multiple restaurants around too! I stayed in the ocen view room and it truly was impressive! The view and sound of the waves soothes you ☺️

Very near to mipo station sky capsule. It is walkable. From my room, I can watch sunset and sunrise of Haeundae beach. So convenient. They provide light breakfast and muslim friendly. The staff very friendly, he even ask me if we need steam iron for our hijab. 😁 There are also free refreshment near the receptionist desk. So, if you need hot americano at midnight, no worries, just go at the refreshment area. Overall, i have wonderful stay here. Thank you!

- Nice room well designed to fit in a smaller place having an electric storage within the furniture for the TV - Wonderful view right in front of the sea - Electric blackout curtains - TV with the standard channels; wifi was OK but was faster on our mobile connection so we didn't use it that much - Awesome rooftop where there's a DYI breakfast for the guests - Free water, ice, coffee, etc. at the lobby - Staff was friendly and helpful with good English - Blue line sky capsule and beach train 5min away - Sky X right next door - Tons of restaurants/stores in the vicinity

- Little bit far from the closest subway station (around 1km), buses typically between 500m and 700m - Haeundae is far from the city centre so getting around is time consuming since one-way trip to most of the other attractions takes around 1h. However I was aware when I booked this hotel, in fact is not a negative point for the hotel but rather for awareness

Perfect location overlooking the beach. Even though the hotel is on the beach front, as it's to the side it's in quite a quiet location which is ideal. The staff were very friendly, always said hello and helped whenever we needed anything. They provided everything we needed and the breakfast was simple but that's just what we like in the morning anyways so it was lovely. I would definitely recommend this as it's an affordable hotel with a beautiful sea view and lovely clean facilities which is hard to find.

I didn't like the pillows or they're covers. They felt papery and just weren't very comfortable. Everything else was great.

The ocean view from the room and the convenience stores downstairs. Upgrade to the ocean view rooms - that is the main benefit of this hotel.

Close to the sky capsules / Haeundae Beach, but far from most other sites. Public transportation takes a long time.

We were upgraded to an ocean view room from a deluxe city view. Really smiley staff. Breakfast room and terrace had an amazing view down the beach. Comfy bed with nice bathroom products. Ability to open the window. Also able to switch off the ac. Rooftop bar was excellent and offered guests a 10% discount. Fantastic location right across the road from the water at the end of Haeundae Beach. Surrounded by restaurants including a number on level one and two of the building. A five minute walk up to Blueline Park and the Green Railway and Sky Capsules

The upgrade was great but the ocean view rooms are tiny!! Our originally booked deluxe city was a third bigger. A long walk to the two closest subways, but taxis are cheap.

Mipo's location in Busan was great - right on the beach front - wonderful view from our room. Our room ( deluxe double ) was clean and comfortable and very good value for money. Breakfast was really nice, and it offered the option of cooking your own breakfast - there was a convenience store right next to the hotel if anything was needed . Staff were wonderful, always friendly, and ready to help with anything. It was useful to be able to wash and dry our clothes during our stay as well.

Not having a wardrobe or chest of drawers in the room ( dispite bring listed on my booking.com booking list) would have made life difficult when we were there for a week - but when we asked about this the staff arranged for us to have a clothes stand in the room which sorted the problem out.

My wife and I got a ocean view room and it was totally worth it. We woke up every morning with the sound of the waves. The room was great with nice automatic curtains, good shower, nice desk to eat/work/study. And the location was on point, literally steps away from the beach, 5 minute walk to the Mipo colorful trains, and many restaurants literally in the same street. Also, they provide you with beach towels, water, and, coffee. Oh, and there are two convenience stores almost downstairs. It is a bit far from the airport and downtown, but if you are looking for a beach experience, this is your hotel.
