Well placed in a quiet area of Busan, and close to very tasteful restaurants. For small groceries, there is a CU underneath the hotel. The pool was nice (even though cold) and the room was very modern and clean.

Nothing huge but some areas for improvements: - The A/C could not be controlled from the room but by reception staff. We had to ask several times to change temp as it was super cold. - The kitchenette should be better equipped with some cutlery and glasses (only tea cups were available). - Breakfast was not served at the hotel itself but in nearby restaurants… with « Korean » standards (Abalon porridge, etc). So we ended up not using the vouchers we had paid for at the time of booking. There should be more « occidental » options. - There are no hookers in the bathroom to hang and dry towels. Some should be added.

We loved the spa in the room and the room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. We liked the person that services when we first came in, he was engaging and friendly, gave recommendations. The hotel seems to still be under construction so they didn’t have certain services. It was mostly relaxing stay.

It’s quite far from public transport, I think it has one stop, but if you have suitcases - public buses won’t take you, so get taxi or uber. They didn’t have telephone in the room, just a number to call so it was hard to call up when we had children running up and down using the fire exits between levels to play down the halls at 1-2am. They also didn’t have laundry service.

The hotel is nice with great views on the sea. The room small pool/bath is certainly a plus. Location close to the beach is nice, also close to blue train line. Room is nicely decorated and comfortable.

We paid for breakfast expecting a continental option and it was a total disaster for us. Just a local dish served without explanation or alternative. Not even a coffee. Many guest had the same issue. We complained but neither booking nor the hotel reacted. Also few things are missing in the room. There is nothing to hang wet towels or bath robe. Also there is a kitchen but no microwave, no cutlery or kitchen towel.

The bath / plunge pool is a unique touch. The view was great and the room decor overall very tasteful. Great value for money as I got a great rate on booking.com

There are no hooks to hang towels. The light switch next to the bed is lit so during the night the room is not fully dark and I woke up multiple times due to this issue. They charge 2000 won to use a bathrobe and if you want to use the plunge pool bath more than once you have to pay for that too. Location is very quiet - on a Friday night most places were closed by 8pm. Reception staff could not speak English very well.

The rooms are really big and spacious, the bed is comfortable and the hotel feels luxurious. It’s a really great location. The view is beautiful. There’s lots of cafes and stores within walking distance. The beach is so close!

The pool only gets sunlight in the morning but most people like the shade :-)

Great room and view and very close to the beach We were the first guests at the newly opened breakfast buffet and it was very very good - the Executive Chef was very accommodating and friendly along with the other staff. Highly recommended.
