Staff was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. Room was clean and spacious. The scenic view was nothing but amazing! The hotel is also very close to the Songjeong Beach and the Haeudae Beach train, so it was very convenient to reach the other beaches. Other than that, there is also Lotte World, Skyline Luge and Premium Outlets nearby!

We stayed 4D3N, not sure if there was supposed to be room service but we did not receive any. It was also hard to find much food around the hotel, apart from convenience food and small shops (there is one superb food stall down the road selling the common dishes like innards, ramyeon and cold noodles!)

- Don't have daily cleaning we stay for 6 nights, on the day 3 ask for cleaning but no response until day 4 remind again then only got cleaning service.

The room was exactly like the photos provided. It was very spacious and clean. Bed's were really comfortable and because we went in the winter, the heater worked very well. Check in process was also very smooth. We also had a car and parking on the property was easy.

The water would get REALLY hot out of no where, while using it. The location of the property is also a little far away from everything. Even by car, there was always a lot of traffic to go trough to get home.

The staff cannot speak English but they were very supportive. There were laundry self-service at a reason price (2000 won per use). The room set up was a little bit confusing. For example, all power sockets are hidden behind the bed and closets and the button to turn on/off the lights are tricky. But it is very close to the Haeundae Blue Beach Train station. A bus stop is in front of the hotel and CU is right next door.

The hotel is located right by the beach in Songjeong and easy to get to. The room was spacious with a terrace and a great view, and the things I've seen here that were negative for other travelers (hard beds, lack of daily cleaning, worn furniture) didn't really bother me much. Also, if you decide to stay in Songjeong, expect it to be away from the city center. That's one of the big reasons that people like me prefer to stay in this area. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful when I needed anything. The breakfast was very simple, but I always appreciate hotels that offer something.

Even though I speak Korean, there were some things that could have been communicated better. I like it when hotels don't do daily cleaning, but they need to make that more clear to travelers. I stayed for four nights, and I had to ask on the third day for my room to be cleaned. Otherwise, my stay at the hotel was pleasant.

Location directly at the beach, room was very spacious and comfortable. Very good value for money in Busan.

Problems to communicate in English with the staff, some parts of the hotel need a refurbishment.

The room was spacious and clean. The view was gorgeous with a perfect sea view! They also have a nice cafeteria where you can make ice coffee or normal coffee. And also other equipments, like warm water for ramen. It was the perfect stay for the perfect price!

They didn’t have a lot of choice for breakfast.

The breakfast was exactly what was advertised no frills but good to get you going first thing. Location is excellent with the beach less than a minute away.

The ondol was a little hard to control but not a huge issue.

Location is close too everything, Lotte World Busan , Lotte Premium Outlets and Ikea. The beach is right next too the hotel. So if you enjoy surfing this is all kinds of surf shops around the hotel. Also provided small free breakfast.

The bed was a little too hard for me and my wife. We like a soft bed. The view was awesome but on our balcony when you looked down there was a bunch of cigarettes butts '. So if they will clean that up

Amazing view, the deck was great and I could listen to the waves all night… except I was asleep.

There were loud cars on the road between me and the beach. Not awful, but irritating.
