Superb location, overlooking the Piazza del Comunale with the Duomo and Baptistery. We were lucky enough to be given one of the rooms with a balcony from which these could be seen. Modern decor, spotlessly clean, room more than adequate. We had a good sleep and a good breakfast (table service rather than a breakfast bar). We could also have eaten there in the evening but had some other recommendations for eating which we wanted to try. The staff were helpful and polite. Cremona is a beautiful city, well worth exploring for its architecture, churches and museums. The pinacoteca especially is superb, full of wonderful things including a Caravaggio. The ensemble of Cathedral, Baptistery and Torrazzo is stunning.

This was the first time at the hotel that I had a room with a balcony overlooking the dome, the enormous tower next to it, and the pedestrian street below. The upgrade was worth every penny! Another fabulous attraction in situ is the smallest and slowest elevator in the world. They have it, and it's like a five minute ride to get from the reception to the first floor!

The regular whisky in the bar was too expensive considering its small quantity.

Location was perfect, staff were excellent. Very clean.

Our room on the top floor only had a skylight which was a bit disappointing although understandable as in the roof. No mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. Needed an adaptor to use the plugs, we had 2 pin euro plugs but sockets needed 3 pin. Room was quite newly refurbished i think so maybe a new thing

This is a very nice hotel. It is centrally located between the main square and the violin museum (a must see). The room was small but very clean and well equipped, with an especially good shower. We booked Room 18 because of its balcony and view, and the extra few dollars were definitely worth it. Breakfast came with made-to-order omelettes and excellent espresso.

Italy has become very expensive recently so don't be surprised by these hotel rates.

Location was amazing, right on the main piazza. and restaurant below was great also! Rooms were lovely and modern. Breakfast included. I brought our little dog and they charged €10 this was not on the booking information… Just in case you’re bringing a dog. (Under 10kg) Parking about 150 metres away and cost €19 for 24 hours. It’s a pedestrian old town. At night it was very noisy till very late with the restaurant below. We were there on a Saturday night.

It's way over the expectations all. Location, cleanliness, staff kindness of 21year old beautiful lady who help me guide to the parking lot and carrry luggage. Two thumbs up^^ But room air conditioner has not working sufficiently.( Room#36). Please check the a/c for next room guest, summer started. Thank you. From US John.

Courteous and helpful staff. Quiet and spotlessly clean room. Bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows. Perfect central location. Very good value for money.

Room rather small with limited space for placing items. Lighting insufficient for comfortable working at laptop screen. No bidet in bathroom but a spray shower head by WC.

Great location - very central and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Spacious and comfortable room. Lovely monsoon shower. Clean. Staff very welcoming. Great breakfast served at the table. (Delicious omelettes!)

Nothing - all good. Room a little dark but there is nothing you can do about that in a tall town house on a narrow street!

Excellent location next to Duomo of Cremona. My room had a small balcony, and the view I had was as in the pictures. Clean and convenient room with the necessary amenities. Tasty food and very friendly staff

The only complaint I have is the noise from the bar next door. What is the reason for playing such loud music at night?
