We have stayed at this hotel before. If you are in cremona to visit the Museo del Violino this is the spot for you. It is only one block away and you are also very close the the oldest and most historic part of Cremona. the staff is very helpful. The breakfast room has been completely updated since our last visit three years ago. Rooms are a good size and comfortable.

In reality we couldn’t stay at the Impero Hotel. The hotel is under renovation and the staff contacted me back in New York and moved the reservation to the Hotel Dellearti that belongs to the same owner. The Dellearti hotel is a jewel. It is clean, very well maintained and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious and they have illy caffe espresso machines. The breakfast is included and it is delicious, healthy and various. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location was great , 2 steps to the centro storico, Duomo area. Receptionists were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast lady was super sweet and cheerful, she served coffee in a happy mood, Brava. Hard to see happy staff these days ;-)

Although the room was quiet facing the inner yards, the walls were paper-thin, very poor soundproof, we could hear our next door guest sneezing, every words talking on the phone etc... Not so obvious why it is a 4 star hotel...but rather a 3 star, perhaps.

The hotel was very centrally located and the windows blocked out any noise so there was no trouble sleeping even with a concert going on outside! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious (they even catered for my gluten and lactose intolerances well!).

Only that the room (particularly the shower) was a little small.

The location was great, just a block from the cathedral. Breakfast was substantial. Helpful staff. There’s a somewhat grand appearance to the hotel.

The a/c doesn’t work. Maybe they don’t turn it on until summer. If you wanted a cooler room, it meant opening the window. That’s fine, but I worried mosquitoes would get in. Luckily they had other things to do while I was there.

This hotel has an excellent location. It is between the Violin Museum and the Cathedral, the two main tourist attractions. I booked a single room, but was upgraded to a triple! I enjoyed having a bathtub instead of just a shower. Breakfast was good quality with all the typical selections.

The hotel is near many bars. You may be awakened by late night revellers.

Easy to reach the hotel, great location of the hotel with a parking garage nearby, breakfast good, tipical italian, but could be better with some vegetables for those, who don' t eat sweet breakfasts. Room big enough with very spacious bathroom.

I would prefer to have tea making facilities in the room instead of a coffee machine offering only an espresso.

The location was perfect and the room was so comfortable.

The shower!!! It was a hazard...extremely slippery, without anti-slip strips on the floor or bars of any kind. I invite the designer to ask their parent or grandparent to take a shower in it and solicit their feedback. Also, no shelf in the shower for toiletries?! So odd (and added to the hazardous nature). It was a beautiful bathroom for sure, but a classic case of form over function.

The Hotel is right in the centre of Cremona, only minutes away from the Museum of the Violin, the Vertical Museum and the Cathedral and the Baptistry. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel, and a whole range of shops along the delightful narrow streets around the area. The hotel itself is very comfortable with all those little touches that many hotels have removed nowadays. Staff were friendly and helpful.
