I had a very good short stay and the hotel was stylish, comfortable, clean. And very well-located. The parking arrangement was good.

One small but important problem in the bathroom - the shower is in the bath and the surface of the bath was very slippery so I was afraid of falling over, especially when having to step out. Please provide a mat to put in the bath. The coffee at breakfast was not very good.

I already knew hotel and facilities, and as i liked it on previous stay, I booked again. Very flexible, helpfull and sympathetic staff on reception.

This is a very good hotel, with a modern style and vibrant decor. The location could hardly be better, only a few minutes walk from the old heart of the city. There are very good restaurants nearby, together with a wide range of casual places in which to eat. Breakfast was excellent.

Staff responsiveness varied, but was generally pleasant. There is a bar in the lobby, but no enticement to spend time sitting there. This is an under-utilised asset.

Very good location near the church. Breakfast always of a good standard, warm & cold options. All staff very friendly and remember your order. Room is a good sice and bed linen good quality. Shower very good.

The location was excellent. Very near the old centre of Cremona. We had booked parking which was also easy . Good breakfast. Comfy room and good sized bathroom.

The location was fantastic. The AC worked perfectly. It was quiet. They offer parking!

We liked it but the breakfast wasn’t as good as we’ve experienced at other hotels.

The location is excellent and very near the historic center of Cremona. We stayed for three days and interacted with several members of the staff. They were uniformly courteous, knowledgeable, and glad to help us. We were also happy about the set up of the breakfast area, which has adequate spacing between the tables and a buffet that permits social distancing. Good cappuccino, too!

Our room faced the courtyard, but the very little light filtered into the room.

Great location. Fabulous breakfast buffet. Immaculately clean. Plenty of lifts and they were quick and well maintained. Friendly staff and reception manned even late at night.

Very modern hotel with a nice clean room, spacious and comfortable. Amazing location inside the city center. Offered us a parking space on a parking across the entrance on a really good price. Breakfast was ample, fresh, and delicious. Excellent service from the really helpful staff! Everything perfect!
