Breakfast was good.. food restocked constantly and clean ares...cinnamon rolls the best. Room cleaned . excited that they use Dove products!! I forgot my bar of soap at home . Not only we get bar of soap but hand wash body was shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion were all provided and dove products. extra large room with nice decor and classy setup..Ac worked great. Great staff , extra pillows and extra comforter . Loved cookies at night and coffee,tea and hot cocoa bar was 24/7! We always stay at holiday inn suites due to nice rooms comfy beds,and great breakfast... those cinnamon rolls ❤️

Bed mattress was hard,was told they were to be updated soon . No stopper in bathtub to bath, Blackout curtains would not come together, therefore beam of light shining on my face. First time my hotel stay was same rate as if I didn't go through my app I stayed on phone 1.5 for correct dates and late check out ,to only be told I could not have late check out. Very frustrated. Traveling back home from funeral and wanted to change clothes,quick shower and take 30 min nap before driving...

Great breakfast! Friendly and helpful housekeeping and breakfast staff.

Pool was too cold to swim even though it is indoors. Our check in attendant was friendly but not helpful in understanding charges and payment methods. Was pretty average as far as stay goes but above average in price.

The rooms are very comfortable and enjoyed they have the large bottles of shampoo and body wash not having to fuss with the little bottles.

They didn’t have bacon on the continental breakfast. But the breakfast there was good.

Overall it was ok.

Weekend breakfast was supposed to end at 10 am but by 9:15 they started picking up everything and food items that were finished were not replaced.

This location had the best hotel breakfast I have ever had 2 mornings in a row. I travel a lot for work and that is saying something. I believe the woman running the shows name was Bernice but I am unsure. I stayed on June 16/17. Please check who was working that morning and give them a raise and a high five.

Ice machine on the second floor was broken.
