Peaceful, calm, the constant gentle sound of the stream rushing over the stones - very zen!! The room was spotless , and the one we stayed in had a balcony overlooking the car park, forest and the river. Car park was very quiet, and there is a strict no noise policy after 9pm which makes this a very calm place to stay. Bathroom was clean and functional. We had a separate toilet. There was lots of wardrobe space and drawers for all our equipment (we arrived on a motorbike touring France) and we could park our bike directly in front of the hotel which had off-road parking. There is also public parking a few metres away, so we did lock our bike just in case. We lived our stay here and booked an additional night as we like our first night so much! There is a public outdoor swimming pool a couple of hundred Fred metres away with a diving board, and toddler pool which was amazing - it was so clean especially the changing rooms- and only €3.50… bargain!! Highly recommended.

Kitchen area was minuscule not even enough space to use 2 frying pans at same time, so took twice as long to cook a meal one evening. There should be a smaller frying pan in addition to the one large one. then at least you would be able to use the 2 rings at the same time. No where to put dishes to drain after washing.

The hotel itself is situated about five minutes walk away from the town centre, but it feels like it’s a million miles away from anywhere, it is so tranquil with the surrounding trees and river running past the hotel. It is simply a beautiful location. The breakfast was plentiful and lots of local fresh produce and the apartment was spacious with his self-catering kitchenette. The hotel does offer evening meals. The balcony doors were double glazed and had an electric shutter to really shut out the night. It was great to open the shutter in the morning to greet the view of the river and mountains. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. The staff were all very pleasant and helped when we needed anything. I will definitely stay here again! Merci for a wonderful holiday!

It is not a big problem at all, a gap at the bottom of the apartment door, it let some light inside the room at night when guests activated the motion lights but we simply placed a small towel there to stop this.

Booked a stay in this hotel to go with my partner and our 2 dogs. Upon arrival, we all felt welcome. The studio was great value for money, providing all the necessary equipment for our stay. Besides, we had a room with view to the river and just listening to the sound of the water was relaxing and helped disconnecting from the routine. The breakfast was great, good selection of cheeses, pastries and nice cappuccinos. And the staff at the hotel was just incredibly warm and accommodating. I really hope to go back again soon!

noice insulation could have been better. some device (likely mobile phone dropped on the floor in the room upstairs) was buzzing periodically whole night. from very early morning guests walking/talking/moving things/etc in other rooms were clearly heard (and woke us up).

Modern hotel rooms within a large older building. Comfortable room with a decent shower. Balcony described as having a river view is a bit of a stretch as there's a car park between the hotel and the river but there's a nice view of riverside trees and the mountains beyond. About 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre on quiet roads partly alongside the river. Plenty of free parking. Nice breakfast.

The hotel is fabulous. The staff are all really friendly and our dog is always made very welcome and loves meeting the other dogs there. We always stay here when we come to the area and it never disappoints. The studios are well equipped so we often eat on our balcony although there is also a nice restaurant. We needed to contact our bank following a problem and they kindly offered to let us use their phone and were very helpful. The location is perfect for walks in the Pyrenees and Amelie is a lovely little town for food and drinks as well.

I really liked the friendly staff and the fact that they provided a secure storage area for my bike. The breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot along the popular cycling route, Pirinexus, which made it a very convenient place to stay

The layout of the building was a bit unusual, and it was easy to get confused while trying to find my room.

River! Its constant stream noise is so soothing. There are tables and chaired and benches at the river bank. Breakfast! It costs 11 euro but is totally worth it. Free parking, lots of it. Safe and secure location.

Location - quite a drive. No reception desk after 9pm. No A/C but at night with an open window it’s ok.

Lovely location on the edge of the town. Good room with all necessary facilities. We were not self catering, so didn't require the mini kitchen facilities. The little dog "Obelisk" was a lovely host and gave us a really warm, friendly welcome. The other staff were also friendly and welcoming.
