Whilst the property is older and doesn't have all the mod cons, the rooms were clean and the staff were excellent. Had great local knowledge for places to eat around town. Being the only motel in town they are fully booked almost every night of the week.

Nothing really. It's a little dated, but that doesn't make anything wrong with it, especially when it's clean. The main QLD Northern rail line is on the back fence and a couple of freight trains came through overnight, but they weren't excessively noisy either.

Everything. The staff and accommodation were really good. The staff tried to help with giving us information as much as they could. Just the season for closing early had us stumped. But that was it.

No room service. But again probably due to the season. So not much anyone could do about it. Not their fault.

Absolutely loved the owners/managers and their beautiful dog ,the bed were comfortable and our room size was great,loved that there was a toaster and microwave in the room,would definitely stay again .

Not a complaint just a suggestion,a few more conviencies in the room like maybe plates and bowls ,dish washing liquid, tea towel maybe an extra pillow or cushions.

Very comfortable bed. Very clean room and bathroom. Managers/Owners were friendly, helpful and concerned that we had a good stay.

A little noisy 1st thing in the morning as workers staying there left for work.

The rooms were tidy and clean, aircon was cold, shower was hot and pool was great. The owners were welcoming and friendly. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

fresh and clean , abundance of extras like tea coffee and stuff , u have a choice of tan or aircon in the rooms , one thing I did note and really pleased with was the aircon was very very clean , there was nothing to not like about these motel , the price was fantastic and the room service was second to none , the meals where on another whole level , all I can say is wow in size and wow in quality, I wish more places were are wonderful as this one , service was top class 😊 I recommend eating in as u won’t be disappointed the prices of the meals are also amazing , I have put a pic of the ribs my daughter ordered and truely there was enough on this plate to feed two people , our review is for the 3 rooms we had , everyone was just as pleased thanku

there wasn’t a single thing wrong

The beds were superb brand new and firm. Room was so clean and had everything needed. Sarah and husband were the best. Bronco, the dog, would be the highlight for children but we enjoyed him as well. Would stay there again, no doubt

Nothing to fault

Great location, arrived late and left early so didn’t see much but had everything we needed.

Minor thing, only one set of plates and utensils but quickly fixed when we asked for more.

We liked the position and room size.veey comfortable.

Needed one more cup as there was only 3. And plates....

The greeting on arrival was very warm and enthusiastic. Bronco is the perfect greeting host and is very welcoming. He followed up next morning, equally pleased to see us.

The shower nozzle has multi directional sprays and somehow manages to miss you, and I am a very big target.
