We were very happy with the location of this park, especially the close proximity to the center of Ayr. We had a one bedroom cabin which was more than adequate. Plenty of space within the room, perfect for a quick getaway to visit family in the area.

We were very satisfied with our stay here, I don't believe there is anything we found that could need any improvement.

We stayed in a superior cabin. It was spacious and the kitchen had everything you need. The bathroom had free toiletries, and the screened in porch was nice to sit out on bug free! The pool was nice and warm and we had it nearly to ourselves. Bed was comfortable and windows in every room provided great airflow; we never needed the AC. Staff was very responsive. When we mentioned a tree branch that was hitting our roof and making noise, she had someone cut it within a few minutes. BBQ and laundry provided, but we didn't use it. All the other guests were quiet. Would stay here again!

We were very well looked after by our hosts. The hosts went out of their way to assist me and my partner to our cabin considering I had an injury to my leg. We were travelling in a body truck so it had to be parked outside the grounds.

Distance from vehicle to cabin but that was expected as truck would not fit into accommodation area.

The location was great, we were able to have family visit us while we stayed. The park and pool were very clean and family friendly. The park is nice and quiet and lots of green grass for the kids to play on too. Great facilities

We did not know how to work the stove but we had an electric fry pan in the cupboard so used that instead

Room was cosy and well maintained with all we needed for our stay. It was affordable and check in and out was easy. Great for families!

There was very little shade over the pool and bouncing pillow. The bouncing pillow was also very close to people's caravans, I felt like I was disturbing the people there when my children were playing

The standard cabin we stayed in was very clean and had all the necessity for a comfortable stay. Communal kitchen was so well equipped and sparkling clean. Staff was flexible and understanding. Pool and the jumping pillow were a bonus for our 11 year old. It was quiet and very relaxing.

The gardens were well kept and there was an abundance of bird life it was very relaxing for us all the facilities were very clean

Would of liked to have a verandah that had afternoon shade

I enjoyed all our stay there. The pool was fantastic and beautifully kept. The gardens and grounds were all lovely and neat.

The only thing that was wrong with our stay was the shower pressure.

Very friendly staff, and nothing was too much trouble. On discovering that the TV in our bedroom had no remote and wasn't working, I notified the staff and they replaced the whole tv with a new one.
