Solid front house, well organised, professional team at reception.

Everything was good except RAZEL. Don’t think her personality is a match for hospitality industry. She would be a better fit working for police or a prison supervisor. Sometimes an entire day would be ruined if RAZEL was on shift for breakfast.

Great location with a covered walkway to the shopping mall from the 5th floor and to IT Park via the ground floor. There are plenty of restaurants and food courts in the area. Stayed in a Deluxe Room for 2 days and a One Bedroom Apartment for 3 days. Both rooms were clean and spacious with excellent facilities, especially the Apartment which had a whisper quiet washing machine and clothes dryer - very handy. All of the staff went out their way to greet and assist us on every encounter with them. Both check-in and check-out were fast and seamless. The buffet breakfast was delicious and included both Filipino and Western cuisines. We enjoyed a swim in the pool on the 17th floor and a couple of refreshing ice cold beverages at the poolside bar. Looking forward to a return stay next time we visit Cebu.

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and always ready to assist, which made the experience feel comfortable and stress-free. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and I especially appreciated the little details that showed they cared about guests’ comfort. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around the city and explore nearby attractions. THE FOOD IS GOOD AND AFFORDABLE! Overall, it’s a place that offers both good service and great value, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Cebu.

Breakfast was great and so much to choose from really but almost daily I took the suman and thick chocolate never had in years. The servers were in attendance offering fresh coffee. The are very nice all of them.

Just so over crowded at breakfast you have to fall in line or waitlisted and what with those guests allowed to come to sit at breakfast table on their pajamas really be real you are not in your own house. Saw them several times and pointed them out to staff who told me they knew. Yes because it is too obvious naman they are in their crumpled sleepwear like they just bolted out of bed. It just takes away the formality and decency and this hotel is World Class stop it!

I left a couple of hundred pesos in change on the table, and when I came back this day, the change had gone. I mentioned it to the reception desk, and the girl said she would speak to the manager, but no one came back to me. This was a theft that one would never expect in a hotel of this standard. My second issue is with the air conditioner in the room, which was very loud and needs seeing to. Overall fabulous experience at this hotel, and I highly recommend it to everyone. Top hotel in the best location. 👏👏👏

New , clean compared to the Seda Ayala ,the room has no meldew smell at all like Seda Ayala and the bathroom was in good condition , draining properly unlike at Seda Ayala where I had to be moved to another room . This hotel has excellent staff and service when I asked a staff at the breakfast buffet why they didn’t not have mango as Cebu is noted for their sweet mango variety he graciously went back to the kitchen and came back with a mango freshly cut for me now that’s what we called service to the highest level I’ll be back again

Ricardo from breakfast was excellent. He carried the whole restaurant experience to a different level where other staff couldn't. Although breakfast selection and quality is not as good as Seda Makati. Location was excellent. View from breakfast was nice. Bed was big and comfortable.

Cleaning staff untrained and didn't refill empty toiletries even before we checked in and till the next day. Was already inside the pouring shower when I realised toiletries were still empty and had to wait half an hour to get them up. Didn't clean shower area on our second day as well.

Location was great! Ayala mall just next door if you need a quick buy in the grocery store. Surrounded my restaurants as well in the area. We had the one bedroom apartment. The bed is huge to accommodate 2 kids and me (4 yr old and 2 yr old). They have a sofa in the lounge area which they call a sofa bed but it is just a sofa but big enough for one person to sleep on. I chose a one bedroom apartment so my active kids have a bit of room to explore. I love that there is a dining table especially because we were tired to go dine out. Nothing beats dining in private when you have two very active little boys. Great shower. We had a bit of flush problem in the toilet but sorted itself out too. Breakfast options are good. Ambience is good. Nothing beats having a breakfast with a view. It is a city view. But a view nevertheless

None. Be mindful when you book. There are two Seda Hotels in Cebu. I have stayed on both. The Seda by the Ayala Center was not worth my money. The Seda Central Bloc is the way to go!!!! Exceeds beyond my expectation.

The location was the primary reason I always choose this hotel. The next one is the apartment having the washer and dryer. And the staff were all very nice and hospitable. Very great service .

They cannot help me in getting a taxi ride that is good for 6 people and I have my family with me who do not know the area so we all need to ride together. They can only help arrange for a ride that is scheduled ahead of time and it is more expensive. Not all guest have a “GRAB TAXI” app which can help local citizens ask for a taxi ride that can accommodate more than 4 people.

The Staff are extremely helpful, very polite and approachable. They’re very human instead of quoting policies and procedures. I became on after arrival the noticed me feeling poorly and offered me an on site nurse, later a doctor visited my room. Just a travel bug i assume? But afterwards i enjoyed everything The Room was beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic . The staff are Amazing . I didn’t want to leave i loved being in cebu.
