Location less than 10 min walk from the Mesquita and other spots. Good room size, breakfast service and convenient parking.

Room check in is at 3pm. Our room wasn’t ready and we were told that it would take another 15 min. After waiting for an hour, we gave up, stored our suitcases and visited the town. The shower had hair in the metal flooring. The mattress was leaning towards the middle.

The location of the hotel was very easy to get to by car, whilst being close to the old town centre, Mezquita and other attractions. The room was clean and spacious with a spa bath and double shwers. The breakfast choice was amazing, there was even the option to eat outside. A nice feature of the hotel was the local attraction desk in the lobby. Susanna on the desk was very helpful, and advised us on many places to visit. Her restaurant recommendations were amazing!

The only thing that that caused us any problem was that our room developed a issue with the door lock which couldn't be fixed, so we had to move rooms. This caused a delay in us going out from the hotel one day. But the room we were moved to was just a couple of doors away.

I must state up front that in Spain I tend to travel in groups with students, and that means that most of our stays are in affordable hostels with multiple students per room. So this hotel was luxurious. It is splendidly located with easy access both to the historic center and to the train station. We came from Seville and then travelled on to Madrid with the high-speed train, and while I had planned to walk (short walk for students), we had traveling complications, making it necessary to take taxis. All very simple, quick, and efficient. Students loved the pool and the air conditioning (it was 100+ F), and I was grateful for a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were incredibly spacious with all of the amenities that one would expect. The price was excellent--a night in a hostel in Madrid cost me more than twice as much per person, for example.

We were unable to eat breakfast because of an early departure. They had promised us "picnic" breakfast to take with us, but those were not available the morning of our departure.

Great location, huge room, very comfortable bed, amazing breakfast. BUT - badly designed: Potentially fantastic views ruined by rusty metal covering obscuring view. See-through glass wall between bathroom and bedroom - WHY? Body soap is in container above bath, can't be removed, so can't be access when having a bath. Bathroom has TWO showers - why? Toilet door has gaps, doesn't close properly, doesn't lock, and lightswitch is INSIDE. Hall light is motion-sensor and is super-sensitive to everything.

The room has an internal divider (galley door) which is nice for letting children sleep in a little longer. The location was very close to the entrance to the old city and a short walk from the mezquita, Cordoba's main tourist attraction. The pool was also nice to get relief from the heat, and the underground parking garage was convenient. The staff was professional and responded quickly to our request for another bath towel.

The passage between the toilet and shower had a light that operated by detecting motion. I found this to be unwanted but could not find a way to shut off.

It's a modern hotel with all the facilities you would expect. Everything worked as it should, the location is perfect and we were very comfortable there.

Nothing major. Getting in and out of the car park is a bit confusing – this could easily be resolved with two or three signs to help unfamiliar drivers find their way. We found it almost impossible to have a shower without water leaking through to the floor outside. Easily fixed with a towel.

Bed was really comfortable. Good breakfast but overpriced. 40 euros for 2 seemed expensive, when restaurant meals cost less by comparison.

We would have liked a private terrace area rather than have to sit inside in our Junior Suite. In other words we didn´t use that part of the room - we went downstairs to the terrace area of the hotel instead. Also, it would have been good to have a TV channel in English, other than just news channels. We have stayed in other, cheaper hotels and enjoyed this facility, if only using before going to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Palace in Córdoba. Everything was excellent. The hotel’s rooftop pool was a highlight — very large and refreshing, especially on a scorching hot day. The location couldn’t be more strategic: right between the historic old town and the modern part of the city, making it easy to explore Córdoba on foot. Another big plus was the garage directly under the hotel, which made parking extremely convenient. Overall, a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Palace Córdoba. The hotel is modern, well-located, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team was especially kind and attentive - everything was spotless. The front desk and reservations staff went above and beyond, not only during our stay but also afterward, when they helped resolve a duplicate booking issue with professionalism and care. Their support made a real difference. Excellent service all around. We'd gladly return and highly recommend the hotel.

Excellent 5 star hotel. We had a great stay. The room was clean and quiet and had a nice view since we were on the 6th floor. The breakfast offered great variety and the food at the restaurant was also good. I would like to highlight the excellent and professional service we received. During our stay my partner suffered a sprained ankle. The staff facilitated to rent a wheelchair, order taxis several times and assisted with extra pillows and attention during the rest of our stay. Much appreciated!
