Location was super convenient for shopping, food and entertainment. Nick and the rest of the front desk crew were professional yet familial, making it feel like we were staying at a friend or family’s house. Everything was bright and clean, loved the tub! Breakfast was amazing! The waffles were massive Belgian waffles you’d pay like $16 for in my town. Stayed there for the Killswitch engage concert at the Hardeock but now looking for a reason to go back to stay at the quality inn and sleep in that comfy bed. Also they have adjoining rooms for parents traveling with kids like we were ( brought granny to babysit).

The staff was very friendly always nice I had trouble with my TV in my room and the desk clerk came down right away and fixed it exceptional service small little breakfast was nice

I just thought the rooms were a little small but they were still comfortable. I really have no bad thoughts about it just a little small and the breakfast could have been a little bit more it was just waffles or cereal but it was good just had to make it yourself. There is no real blanket on the bed just a big sheet that look like a blanket but it had a heater in the room so it was fine

I booked 2 nights at Quality Inn Yuba City -Marysville through the booking.com app and when I tried to check-in my reservation was nowhere to be found. Although I had a confirmation number, email and the money had already been taken out of my account. I had an extremely bad headache and I wasn't feeling well. So needless to say I was beside myself because all I wanted to do was shower and rest. I tried contacting booking via phone, chat, email etc with no luck! I was truly about to lose it when I went back to the front desk. I then heard the amazing gentleman who was working on the phone with someone talking about my situation. I believe it was the Manager who at the time was probably woken up because his front desk associate was going above and beyond to accommodate me! Unfortunately I do not know their names but I will update when I get them. I am so extremely grateful to both of these amazing gentleman. I appreciate them more than words can express for their phenomenal guest service, compassion and going above and beyond for me ❤️ I will definitely visit again! However I will not use booking.com for any future hotel reservations!

The only thing that was semi unpleasant was that I was close to the side door by the pool and you have to walk all the way around to get to your room and also the side door is extremely loud when it closes.

Met our needs for a summer concert at the Toyota Amphitheater - less than 20 min drive away, right off highway 20, had a free continental breakfast and a pool, plenty of local and chain restaurants nearby. It met those expectations. What set this place apart from your typical budget chain hotel was the excellent staff - every single one was friendly and hardworking and proud of their hotel and making it the best it could be.

Love the location it was perfect! The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was nice just the right size. I spoke with Nick at the front desk he was very professional and helpful! We were able to check in a little early which made our stay more relaxing. Easy to navigate through the hotel and find the breakfast room and the pool. Huge parking lot no problem finding a spot to park.

I didn’t like where the TV was located on the wall and the sensor was knocked down so it took a minute to figure out why it wasn’t turning on.

Staff was amazing, polite and attentive. Overall great hving good staff can kinda make a break a trip, and they made it!🙂

The queen size bed room is very small. But the king is very nice without feeling cramped. Also no closets in either room

I just want to share that, all the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful, especially front desk attendant Kiery. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and always have a good experience.

I would say the only setback would be if the bed was a little bit firmer.

The ice machine on the second floor was not working and we were sent to the machine on the first floor. I also think it would be great if their dining room would be open until 10:00 for breakfast.

Friendly staff is very important, good location to shop for food and close to a Mall, and Highway.

The side entrances weren't accessible this last stay whereas the previous time it was.

Good atmosphere. Friendly. Good staff.

Rooms are smaller than I thought. Cozy and function-able. They have a small continental breakfast. And I think it would be better to have some protein like eggs and bacon
