I don't believe there was a breakfast included, or I was not informed of one. The location was fine, and it was close to where I was going. Maid service was good and friendly. The pool was working & clean. Cable TV was included and nice to have.

One thing that was not good is that the lights on the ouside walls by our doors attract bugs at night, and they will come into the room if you leave the door open for a few seconds. I suggest they place bug zappers along the walkways to reduce them.

There was only coffee & juice. Disappointed that there was no continental breakfast. The Young lady working the front desk @graveyard shift was so sweet and helpful. The maid apparently forgot to stock the bathroom. That sweet little front desk worker gave me bath soap, shampoo & conditioner. She was so kind & helpful she even looked up Senior Housing Resources as we will be relocating to Oroville

No continental breakfast. Very disappointed with that. The room didn't get properly stocked. No bath soap, etc...

The room was clean and for the most part comfortable.

I was hoping to do some reading, but the lighting just wasn't there. I realize that they were remodeling, but at least the loan of a lamp on t he bedside table would have been good. And there was no TV - one channel that I couldn't change or do anything with.

Clean, quiet. Though it is inexpensive, there were no riff-raff or parties as we experienced at the local Motel 6. Pet fee was reasonable ($20). There are areas to walk your dog.

It definitely has the "motel cleaning solution" odor. It wasn't bad in the room, but when I got home my PJ's reeked of it. No public trash cans outdoors, so when my dog pooped on the lawn and I picked it up in a bag, there was nowhere outside the room to toss it.

Everything was good. Helpful staff. Quiet for a summer weekend. Nice parks and museums close by. 2 casinos in easy driving distance - about 15 minutes.

The beds were about 3 ft off the ground making it difficult to get up on them. I had to use my ice chest as a stool to get in the bed. The beds are firm and comfortable, but the pillows are far too soft, and being feather pillows, they had feathers poking out of the material. Scratched my face a bit.

I love that it had a refrigerator microwave and a big king size bed and great room had a table and chairs and it was so clean. I love the idea that it was so close to everything in town . The housekeepers were great my dog got her blanket wet and they gave me a big sheet to keep her warm all night and they gave me a second pillow I needed for my dog to lay on. Great place I'll go there again.

My husband love the coffee in the morning. He loved that we could sit and look out the window and keep an eye on our vehicles. Most of all I was so glad it was a bottom floor cuz we're an older couple.

Quiet, easy access

Bed is way to high off of the floor, comfortable but difficult getting in/out with prosthetic hip

The bed was comfortable.

It has cockroaches and there was 2 dead cockroaches in the bathroom when I first enter the bathroom. Had to tell my husband to pick it up with the napkin.

it fit our budget. not the nicest looking hotel around, but didn’t need to be in room much

I believe it was the manager or owners wife who helped me check in. not friendly at all and tried to charge me extra charges than what u was suppose to pay. tge young girl that works there, very nice and helpful .

staff was super friendly and welcoming. very accommodating I originally reserved a king deluxe, but needed a double because child ended up going and they were able to accommodate me that :)

I didn’t like that housekeeping was banging on our door for towels.
