The facilities are very clean and well-maintained. My room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The self-service laundry is clean and reasonably priced. There is a gym, pool, and hot tub available, and the hot tub has disability access, which I thought was awesome for guests needing that accommodation. The best feature of the BW Paradise Hotel is the staff. The front desk, housekeeping, and grounds staff were all very friendly and helpful. The desk staff helped me with finding businesses in town as well as providing a list of restaurants in Paradise and Magalia.

There are only a few restaurants in walking distance, and it’s a bit of a drive to other amenities. The complementary breakfast is no better or worse than 95% of all complementary breakfasts in hotels these days. However, they do have a yogurt machine (not frozen yogurt) that saves on plastic waste, so I thought that was a bonus.

The rooms are completely remodeled with the highest quality beds pillows etc . I haven’t slept so good at home in years so hotels are never fun . This was a huge surprise and they spared no expense . The staff was AMAZING . Absolutely just the most attentive and best attitudes of any staff at the hundreds of hotels I have stayed at in not exaggerating at all . AC was ice cold , pool was VERY clean and new . And the breakfast bar would cost $40 a person at a restaurant for that quality of real food . Biscuits and gravy were amazing , buttermilk Belgian waffles , fried and scrambled eggs , and even breakfast burrito filling with fresh tortillas for if you are on the go , every juice possible with fresh fruit and obviously the other stuff you would expect . I can’t say enough about the staff though and I met them all during my stay . They are all friends and family with each other and it shows with how they all helped each other out . No bickering or being ignored by staff etc . Just awesome . I’m going thru chemo and kidney failure and just needed a break and man did I get it .

The plate in the microwave was replaced obviously some genius managed to break it on carpet ? And the one it was replaced with didn’t have the teeth to make it turn . Honest mistake . Easily fixed for me with a bunch of un needed apologies

It was nice having a hot breakfast available to start off your day. The hotel overall was clean and well maintained. Customer service was excellent and accommodating.

The location was a little too far from Chico, but the hotel appeared to be fairly new & comfortable room made up for travel time and which made our stay an enjoyable experience.

Breakfast was great BUT you need to have sugar free syrup for diabetics! The woman who was in charge of the breakfast area was FABULOUS! efficient, kind and professional. a real keeper! Check in staff was nice and fun yet professional and helpful

You need to make sure every room has the same items like table and chairs. Our room has them but our friends did not. a table and chairs are needed in every room.

Very clean, friendly staff

Our remote for the tv was either broken or was in need of a new battery. By the time we discovered it we had already gone to bed. So unfortunately, no tv or news in the morning.

comfy, quiet rooms, good breakfast. We liked the little pool and the jacuzzi. liked the parking area with trees. We used it, because it was close to Chico.

We really did not like to use of all the paper and plastic for breakfast. Why is it not possible to use real dishes and silverware and use a water efficient dishwasher. All over in Europe, hotels are able to do that.

The breakfast was exceptional. There were hot and cold choices, and gluten free choices. Nice.

The only down side was that a couple of things were not working properly. There was no WiFi, and the elevator button wasn’t working on the second floor.

Very quiet through the whole night. It was nice not to be woken up by people talking or doors slamming. Thank you!!

While eating the breakfast, one of the maids had her husband and son come there to eat breakfast. Not very professional looking. Note: elevator permits are out of date. I did make the counter person aware of it.

The facility has been refurbished following the Camp Fire and it is quite nice.

We didn’t have hot water for showers (the sink outside the bathroom was working) but after calling the front desk they found a room for us.

The rooms were very clean, have a good size little fridge in the room. Bathroom very clean and new, good shower clean looked brand new.
