Better price than Best Western

Bed was wayyy to tall. I'm just over 5'. I had to use the ottoman in the room to climb on the bed ! I'm 72 with severe disability & it exacerbated my issues. Plus, the ottoman was on wheels which made it easy to move, but I had to place it between the foot of the bed & the sofa/bed to keep it from rolling out from under me, then crawl up the king bed to the head. I also had to sleep at an angle as the TV is place against a partial wall which blocks the screen. Poorly designed room, but it was quiet as it was on the top floor.

Cleanliness of facilities , facility maintenance, free water bottles, comfy bed, and location.

Waited to check into room. I was informed my room was being cleaned by housekeeping at 2:45pm ? Left hotel, went to a restaurant and returned one hour later to check in. No comp breakfast :( ?

In general, it was a good facility.

EVen though we arrived after check-in time, our room was not quite ready as the previous guests had a 4:00 check-out time. Also, the room was noicy; one could hear guests in the room above walking, running the spa, and such. Not certain I would stay there again.

Location was great went for a concert walking distance to the tackle box. Great little place btw. Rooms were decent and very clean.

We were charged 2x but they did end up fixing it after we caught it in our bank. We prepaid through booking site then charged again once arrived. Didn't catch it right away but thank god we did as they didn't. But once caught management refunded and was back to us within a week. A bit inconvenient.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean

Honestly when walking in the lobby it smelled musty or damp.

location close enough to everything but far enough for peace and quiet!

the overall parking , basically parking intermingling with other hotels,businesses, didn’t care much for that. but wasn’t a major issue at all
