Staff was very friendly and professional upon check in. I was using crutches due to a recent injury. The maintenance guy saw me struggling to carry my coat bag so he came up and offered his help and carried it to my room. Really nice guy. The breakfast was great. they had fresh biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, fresh fruit and cereals. The coffee was also excellent. I also like the location, only a block away from the fwy.

The smoke alarm in my room was blinking a bright light every few seconds. I was tired so was able to close my eyes and ignore it, but I could see it being a nuisance to someone that is having trouble sleeping. Also chair in my room was very worn out.

Large rooms that were fairly quiet. There is a lawn area out front where we were able to walk the dog. There were dog poop bags available in the front desk area. There is also a table with chairs out front near the lawn that is for smokers, which I thought was considerate of the hotel to provide. The hotel is near Trader Joes, the Cinemark movie theater, and various food and beverage options.

Our room smelled a bit weird when we entered--maybe it was a cleaning agent that was quite pungent. The AC unit rattled when the AC cycled on. The light over the sink was so dim it was hard to put on makeup. We tried to have breakfast, but at 8:30 am all the tables were full, so we left to have breakfast elsewhere.

Staff is awesome the rooms are nice All around The BEST STAY EVER here in Chico. IT'S EFFORTLESS MAKING ANOTHER RESERVATION AND RENEWING RESERVATIONS IT'S JUST AWESOME THEY MAKE IT REALLY EASY. OTHER PLACES I SPENT MORE TIME MAKING RESERVATIONS KEEPING UP WITH THE RENT MAKING SURE THAT EVERYTHING GOES RIGHT IN HERE IT'S EFFORTLESS I LOVE IT!! THANKS BEST WESR

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It’s was a very busy weekend. We asked for a late check out to have time to take our son (Chico State student) to breakfast and leave our bikes in the room. Even though we could tell that they don’t normally do that on a busy busy day, the receptionist happily took care of us.

The stairwell carpeting is very outdated. The pool/hot tub is on the fence line to the freeway.

The location was convenient, and the breakfast options were just what we were looking for. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Nearby ice machine "empty" when we wanted ice. Needed to go down to the floor below. Mildly inconvenient. We booked two beds and there were actually two rooms. There was no A/C in the second room.

Clean, comfortable room.

Very under staffed. Only one person working the checking desk and phones. She handled the stress professionally and was very pleasant. Later in the evening when we returned to the hotel, we noticed that there wasn’t anyone working at the front desk. However, we did see the front desk employee delivering towels on the third floor. My wife and I were wondering if she would also be cleaning our room the next day after checkout. She deserves a raise and help.

Television guide didn't work. So you didn't know what was on the channels Hotel does need to be upgraded. It's nice but it's been there for awhile and things are just worn out.

Room was very nice and clean. The staff was super helpful, especially Angela, Thank You! 😊 Their continental breakfast was fantastic. when I visit the area again, I will be staying here.

The only thing was the spa temp was alittle cool. But, all in all my stay was great!

Location was great. Room was big and clean. Staff was friendly.

Since the location was very close to the freeway, I could hear the cars or trucks as they drove by. I thought the window was open because the traffic was very loud, but it was closed.

Sarah was the best. She’s so nice and helped me sign up for the rewards program!! 5 stars! I also like that there is a dog kennel by the pool. I a huge dog person so pet friendly is a must xoxo

No tv guide on tv! I don’t care but my husband was bent out of shape!!! Lol
