The location was great. Breakfast was okay. Could have a little more variety and labeling for guests with limited diets. For example, at a previous IHG, we had an excellent veggie omelet and hash browns. Corning had an omelet that looked like, but was NOT the veggie omelet. No hash browns or gf toast or anything to go with breakfast.

Other than mentioned above, it was adequate. The coffee that I got at the coffee bar when I checked in tasted either old or instant, not sure. When I was going to make some in my room instead, it was all caffeine-free. We were too tired to bother with requesting more at that point.

I was on a road trip with my sons and needed a stopping point to stay overnight. Was able to book last minute. They were accommodating and the staff was kind. I always worry about safety and quality when traveling alone with my kids. The hotel felt safe, and was quality was worth the price, the continental breakfast was the basic expected breakfast and was good enough for us to get something to eat for free and got the road on the morning. I would use this hotel again in this situation.

It wasn't that we asked for a quiet room, but a room on the ground floor. They were very nice and in fact gave us the same room on our way there and on our return home. Breakfast was really good and especially the yogurt, fruit and things like that my wife really enjoyed. We will stay here again next time we travel from Oregon to Ca.

Places to set wasn't very comfortable. Only a desk chair and a chase lounge type type of seat. pretty uncomfortable when there is two people.

The room was so spacious and modern. It was very clean, water pressure good, bed comfy.

Price. Paid $279 for 1 night. I live out of town and needed accommodation for nearby Chico college graduation. All hotels in area were either completely booked or hiked the rates way up for that weekend. Corning is a small country town, about a half hour away from Chico, and I felt the nightly rate was a bit inflated for the area.

It was so clean! My kids and I needed rest after driving from Oregon and this place was amazing!! We did not want to leave! The pillows were fantastic! The bed was so comfortable! The shower had so much pressure! They had a refrigerator and microwave and giant flat screen tv! Tons of places to put our belongings! I would stay here every time I go through Corning!!

Very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Our initial room had a broken heater. After 2 hours of trying to cool it down, we were still in the high 80's. One call to the front desk had us a new room with a very good AC!! Also, being right next to the freeway was worrisome, however, never once did we hear it and our room was on the freeway side.

Everything...the young lady at check in was super nice. Made sure all our needs were met.. room was so nice and cool temp. Definitely our go to stop next time we head down to southern California.

I am very disappointed that when staff cleaned the room after we checked out they did not save my sweater for me. The sweater does not mean anything to anyone but me. I would have been happy to pay for shipping if they had said they had found it. It was left on bed, most likely covered up by a sheet. Maybe you should incentivize the staff regarding "LOST and FOUND" items. Bummed out, Margaux DeBoer

The hotel was updating lobby and breakfast area but seemed to do this quietly and respectful of guests. The hotel is close to everything.

My coffee maker did not work which was frustrating because I like to have a cup first thing in the morning.

Nice employees, great facilities.

They charged me $165 for a cleaning fee for urination of an animal which I did not even have an animal and I was very upset. I called the property several times but still wasn’t able to work out the problem if you could get back to me that be great..
