When I booked the room, I requested a room closest to lobby or elevator because my husband has trouble walking. when we got there on Friday night, our room was in middle of long hall way. clerk offered room 4 rooms closer to elevator but that would not make a difference. My husband had a awlful time getting to the room. However, the next morning Daisy moved us to handicap room next to elevator for the rest of our stay. All was good.

Had quick overnight stay, good sized room, comfortable beds, nice view of farmland from window, spacious clean and very functional bathroom with strong shower water flow, a generous sink counter space, and even a small shelf below the mirror for frequently used items..

Had quick overnight stay, only negative was arrival of room above occupants after 10 pm who stomped around for about an hour. The cold water in the bathroom sink never got cold and lukewarm.

Great Breakfast, Coffee, Direct TV, Pool, elevator, helpful and friendly staff.

The property was great. However, I don’t like That Hilton rewards expire. I used to use Hilton and Hampton often years ago but stopped when they changed their reward points started expiring. However if prices are similar to others, I always chose Hampton Inn

We love it as the hotel is not in the downtown area which appears to have less traffic nearby - being able to enjoy a bit more quietness. Right across the street, there is a small strip mall and Starbucks are nearby as well. Though the hotel is near to I-5, it doesn't seem to be too noisy at all. Also love the breakfast choices - yummy! Thank you - kitchen staff! The room is clean and love the shower - so relaxed afterwards.

It was a bit pricey... They appeared to be pretty busy. We had to wait for 10-15 minutes for front desk staff to return so they could help us to check in.

The entire layout of the facility was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was what we've come to expect at Hampton Inns. The breakfast area was large and comfortable and we were not crammed in with other diners.

Parking was a bit sketchy; we were advised that there was a park nearby with its usual population of unhoused individuals and we would be advised to remove all luggage and valuables from our vehicle. We arrived late and the only on-site parking was at the very end of the facility with less than impressive lighting and security.

Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff. We didn't eat breakfast this visit, but it's usually your standard l.

I booked a room that fit 5 (2 queens and a pull out/hide-a-bed). The gentleman called me to verify my stay earlier in the day and he said a queen bed. I said I had two queens, with a pull out. He said, oh yes. When I got there and got to my room, I got a standard 2 queen room, bo pull out. Thankfully my boys decided to stay home last minute, so I didn't need the extra bed, but ut was what I paid for. I didn't complain, or call the front desk, as the extra bed was no longer needed, but it should have been there. I have another stay booked here, and need the "sleep 5" option this time, so hopefully it's right. We shall see. :) I've stayed here often, and this happened one other time, but hopefully this doesn't continue to happen. It's usually a great hotel, with great staff, and very clean.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable, everything was convenient and as it should be. It was amazing after many days of camping!

Breakfast was good but I have had better at other Hampton Inns. Too many sugary items.

I would have given it a 10, but I had a joining room with someone else. The noise starting at 5am that they would make was rough. Also, I can even hear when they went to the bathroom. I can hear everything they where doing which was disappointing.

The front desk staff was helpful, professional, and kind. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The choice to use window shades vs drapes enhanced the feeling of cleanliness and the fresh smell. The desk chair was comfortable and the decor was inviting.

Breakfast was great. The only problem was the sink design in the bathroom. The faucet barely went above the basin. Also, all the pillows are too soft but overall I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
