pretty much the entire facility was great. pool was clean, breakfast was clean and had decent options of eggs, bacon, bagels, cereal, milk, juice and waffles with toppings. rooms were clean, fully supplied with face wash, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion as well as a k cup coffee maker. gym was clean and had a good variety of equipment. very quiet, staff was sweet as can be. located right next to Starbucks and right around the corner from safeway, nothing walking distance of multiple things.

my only complaint is that the room temperature was programmed and I was unable to have a constant flow of air, nor was I able to cool the room down to a comfortable temperature. I have a condition where when I get too hot, my heart beats weird, and I was sweating both nights. other than that, everything was great, I just wish I would have had more control over the temperature.

Staff was friendly, plenty parking even though it was fully booked. Pet bags available, great breakfast and it was quiet. Most hotels are super noisy and this one was pleasantly quiet. Very clean and lots of pillows were nice. Only thing is the bed was a little uncomfortable but all else was great!

The front desk check in was great. The hallways and room were nice and clean. The bathroom was small but clean. Disappointed in the breakfast offering. In our past travel Best Western Plus was always one of the best hot breakfast offerings we have experienced.

The breakfast coffee was really bad. There was only one machine that made instant coffee. The breakfast room was small and the eggs and sausage was watery and blah. The potatoes were cold and stale. There was not enough seating. People were walking in and walking out without eating or drinking the bad coffee or watered down juice. Really bad and won't be back to Best Western Plus again.

Value of the stay. Room was clean & staff if friendly. Love the Nescafe coffee machine.

The room doesn't have a usb port to charge phones. Looks like there was one on the lamp but it was pushed all the way through & was broken. We had to buy an adaptor to charge our stuff.

I particularly liked the biscuits w/ gravy served Sunday, 12/8/24. The juice selection was good. The coffee machine w/ multiple selections was a treat. Waffles were good. Breakfast area was clean and staff friendly.

Scrambled eggs served at breakfast tasted like liquid eggs. I didn't like them.

Nice indoor pool with hot tub Early breakfast including hot items served early at 6:30am Room was enormous- we booked king suite with bath tub and sofa bed and got a room with 2 king beds, it worked out very well Friendly staff Pool was open until 10pm

No counter space in the bathroom but we made it work

Breakfast was bad Hard boiled eggs in water?? Nescafe instant coffee UGH - room coffee better No bananas. Also, found pills on the floor - we have a dog that would have eaten them if we didn't check the room first. The maids eed to do a better job vacuuming.

The size of the Jacuzzi tub was very nice and the beds were comfortable

The continental breakfast wasn't very good. Fake eggs and sausage,sort of gross and disappointing for how nice of a hotel it is

We made a last-minute reservation as we were passing through, and I was very pleased with our stay! The facility was clean, and Jasmine at the front desk was very welcoming! The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious.

Breakfast, lobby, shower and shower settings. The bed was Amazing!!! The facility was a nice place.

It smelled a little in our room. I smelled like a wet carpet. The carpet and the chair in the room was very dirty like noticeable dirty. The nightstand and the blinds can definitely need an upgrade.
