Location was great not far from walking to good food. Close to venue kept uber costs down. If you are going to senator theatre you can walk! Lots of pokestops around. Pool was decent and cool. Room could use an update or 2 but it didn't take away from the comfort. Fridge and microwave worked. Wish they would turn on a cooler to cool down before we arrive it did take a while but once it was cool it stayed that way.

One picture on the wall didn't have glass and the matte in frame was falling out of it.

Price was ok, wasn't what booking quoted me and the night man (tweaker) came out to the parking lot and told me I had to leave after he had seen me staying there for three straight nights

The front desk to be a little more accommodating and less rigid. I booked a room with 2 queens and they put me in a king suite which cost more. I was with my daughter so needed 2 beds. Night guy put me in room with 2 beds but kept my rate at the suite price. CHEEZY

Good location -- close to Amtrak station where I was making a connection early in the AM. Very comfortable bed. Nice & quiet and reasonably clean. Nice clean pool.

Shower drain backed up, then drained slowly. No coffee maker or supplies in room, fortunately there was Starbuck's & other coffee places nearby.

Comfy bed, nice clean pool, convenient location to downtown & train station.

No coffee supplies in room; bathtub/shower handle was broken & I couldn't very well regulate the flow or temperature - disappointing because after 3 days & nights on a train, I really wanted a good shower.

I love that this hotel is pet friendly and the location in proximity to the shops, restaurants and university.

I really enjoyed everything about the property except that the sink drain plugs in the restroom have not been cleaned out for a while.

We love the location. The rooms are nice size. The workers are awesome! Give that man a raise in the office!!!! He works very hard

The only thing I would say needs improvement was the beds. They were very firm for my taste. But other than that was it was a good night stay

No house keeping

not going to lie, I read the reviews and was worried, but everything else in town was full. it was great! the guy working the desk was super nice and friendly, and the room was basic but comfortable. the location was fantastic! I’d totally stay again.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but not terrible. I just love my own bed!

The rooms were clean and well appointed. linens and towels were clean.I liked that there was a free shuttle to the air port and that public transportation was available from the airport.

I had to ask the front desk staff for soap and the wifi password
