Cleanliness, Friendly & Accommodating Staff, Little store area is well stocked.Can walk to restaurants and shopping, Fitness room and equipment (functional training machine), Quiet rooms available.

Only three things: 1)Outside designated smoking area is too close to the front door. 2)When Housekeeping is requested, it could be more efficient - ie: coffee pod replacement (pay attention to what was used and replace those items), room refresh should feel refreshed: Wipe off surfaces, check for spills in and around microwave & coffee area, vacuum, etc. i realize its a big job and I tip well for good service (I hope others do the same!). 3)The breakfast is standard hotel food - OK in a pinch but not very tasty. I would love it if they had local fruit and berries (I bring my own). Chico is in the center of excellent seasonal mandarin oranges (the best), peaches and other stone fruits, honey, nuts, etc, why not make a point of using locally sourced seasonal food?

The breakfast was ok. Liked the price/cost. Very nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly and very professional! Room was big and very comfortable.

The ONLY thing we didn’t like was the floor of the shower. We were in a handicapped room because I am disabled from a stroke. The grab bad in the bathroom were great and very useful. The shower seat was great also. The shower floor was EXTREMELY slippery! Because of the shower floor I was unable to shower!☹️

Hot breakfast was good. I loved the variety of options! Room and bathroom were clean and seemed new. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. AC worked great. Amenities were great. Pool was small, but it was indoors and water was comfortable. Bonus: the TV was on an extendable mount that swiveled left and right. I was able to easily hook up our Switch!

There was an unexpected minor issue with the safe in our room. Maintenance came not too long after I called the front desk though, and was able to get the safe working temporarily. He was very friendly as well!

The staff from the hotel were very attentive. Check-in was fast and easy I like the breakfast they provided once of the best breakfast around Chico Hotels.

Just one thing I didn’t like the bed sheets were dirty Pillow sheet had blood stains Seems like the bed sheets were not even change found some hairs once we undo the bed.

The design of the hotel and openness of entering the hotel is comforting and nice. We liked the friendliness of all the staff and they were sweet & nice talking to my 5 yr old granddaughter also. The breakfast that they did was better than other holiday inn’s & the staff a pleasure to see

The location wasn’t the best but appreciated the extra parking

The property is conveniently located in the middle of shopping and restaurants. Just a quick 10 minute drive to the Chico State campus. The beds were big and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great in the morning, lots of variety.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

very nice hotel, newer, very clean room, excellent breakfast spread. Would stay here again, but first will check if there is a speedway event (see below)

Might be nice for staff to notify upon check in about the need to put room key in slot on wall for wall lights to work. Speedway nearby kept us awake until after midnight with roaring noise. only found out later that this exists and there are scheduled events. Staff claimed to not know anything when asked next morning.

I love how friendly the staff was. I love how close we were to stores. I love that there is an indoor pool. I love how there was parking in the back, we were able to park there our last night and was able to see our car from our room window. I love how the snacks in the front, you could just charge them to our room. I love love the complimentary breakfast. You guys have exceeded our expectations and we all agreed that we shall be returning!

There isn't anything I would say that was bad.

Very clean and fresh hotel. Easy to find, plenty of parking, and decent price. Very quiet overnight. We’ll be back again. Tasty breakfast choices.

No complaints at all except I found it strange there were trash cans in the hallways filled with trash in the morning. Better than having empty food boxes stacked in the hall though.

The room was very clean and spacious. The ammenities (microwave, fridge, shampoo, soap, conditioner) were such a pleasant surprise.

The hallways on the 4th floor had a very odd smell
