The unit appeared brand new. Super clean. The manager was great. The area was quiet.

It took about a half hour to warm the unit up, on a very cold evening. Turning the heater on in advance of my arrival would have been nice. A little sparse for furniture. There were no waste baskets and I had to leave trash on the counter. Missing shelves in the shower. I was surprised at there being no mini fridge or coffee-maker. I felt bad having to wake the manager when I left because there was no place to drop off the key cards.

It was very basic the bare bones in terms of options for breakfast the vending machines were out of most diet Choices a a the electronic pass key was not very efficient I had a malfunctions bedside light what I told the staff a bout nothing was done during my 5 night stay ! The cleaning staff was excellent top marks 🤩

More generous options no half and half for coffee most of the week ! I had to ask for milk everyornjg why not a chilled container with choices other than full fat 😱😱😱no milk alternatives

Rooms were recently updated, excellent lighting, clean and comfortable

The continental breakfast consisted of cold cereal, possibly pancakes and coffee - and after making it, you had to carry it to your room. With cereal in 1 hand, and coffee in the other, this proved to be a challenge. We'd also like to see a grab bar in the shower.

We have stayed there before and had another great stay. They must have a hot water on demand water heater because the shower was hot within seconds! They even came in and changed out our towels since we were there for 2 nights. The bed was very comfy, and my hubby loved the pancake machine for breakfast!

My only complaint is that the one entrance is not easy to catch and we had to turn around we very time because we kept missing it.

The layout of the property was nice. We had our own little carport. They have a pancake maker in the breakfast area and wow the pancakes were good.

Although the rooms are non smoking it did smell like cigarettes had been smoked in the room at some point. It didn’t effect our stay though, still enjoyable

I had my own carport, however only a few rooms do. Well-maintained grounds with trees, bushes, and lots of flowers. Nice towels. Great location for access to the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds, less than a mile away.

It's not that I didn't like it, but this is a very old property. No vent cover for the fan in the bathroom.

Newly remodeled room was provided to us. The shower installation was a little wonky with you needing to be in the shower to turn on the water without an area to step aside to avoid the water while adjusting the temperature. Very tasteful remodel with a sleek modern look. Plenty of plug-ins and ports for electronics. Owner brought us freshly picked peaches from the property tree shortly after we got to our room!! They were DELICIOUS! A nice treat for weary travelers!

The shower situation might need to be reworked. Not a deal breaker though!

The room was pretty nice. It had a fridge, microwave, a little coffee maker, the coffee was good, too. Nice solid desk and office chair if you want a work area. The room was CLEAN! The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING. I like feeling like I'm being sandblasted, but if you don't, the shower head is adjustable. Good Wi-Fi.

Bed mattress was very stiff. The towel rack wasn't secured to wall. Location is sketchy-looking.

The Roadway Inn is where I always stay when going to Chico!! The owners are very nice!! The only thing I have is the T.V. volume didn't work on the remote control had to turn it down on the T.V. itself.. I am very comfortable at this hotel

It is close to CSUC, and felt safe. The staff were very friendly and helped us with a printout. I would stay there again. Air conditioning worked, the place was very clean, and the pancakes were decent. It is not fancy but met our needs.
