Rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the location was good next to lots of food/shopping options. Would be back.

I was traveling with two young children one of them being a baby and I had let the hotel now 2 weeks in advance I would be arriving early early in the morning and asked for an early check in I was then told it wasn’t possible. I asked to speak with a manager when I called and was unable to get one and was then told I would have to pay for the day before to fully guarantee a early check in (even though I wasn’t going to be there then so they were just getting extra money), if there happened to be a room for early check in it would be $90 early check in fee.

The room, hotel & staff were great! Very clean and plenty of room! We booked a king suite, for NYE, which accommodated our entire family. My husband and myself, our 17 year old son and 15 year old daughter along with her 15 year old friend. We also had a small dog, which the hotel was also gracious in accommodating. The room included two king size beds. One when you first walk in, another in a separate room. It also had a pullout queen size sofabed, which my son slept on. The beds were comfy and the pillows were fluffy. All the outlets seemed to work and the TV’s came with direct TV, & you could also log into Netflix. You could also control the temperature in each individual room. Every room in our suite had its own TV, which was very nice. The room also came with a refrigerator, microwave and two coffee makers, along with two bathrooms (one in the main area of the suite and one in what I would call the master bedroom where my husband and I slept. Every room could be blocked off by a door, which was great. My husband and I turned in about 11:00 with the dog, while our kids stayed up until early in the morning since it was NYE. Another really nice perk was the availability of dog poop bags all over the property! The hotel also offered a really nice breakfast and a complementary late checkout.

A couple of things I would have liked, the room only came with four full sized bath towels, so we had to request additional towels. Also, there was no bedding available in the room for the pull out sofabed, or additional blankets or pillows in the room. We ended up having to go track down housekeeping to get some sheets, blankets and a single pillow for my sons bed. The breakfast was good, I would have liked to be able to make the waffles fresh with a waffle maker rather than them being pre-made, but I loved that the chef offered to make me any type of eggs I wanted, which I loved! Will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you so much!

The room was incredibly comfortable and nice to relax in while hiding from the late August heat. Breakfast each day was delicious and had slight variations from one day to the next. We were within easy walking distance of basic shopping needs and for anything else there were plenty of bus options nearby.

There simply weren't enough hours in the day to enjoy the pool. Honestly, I can find no fault in the hotel, it was an amazing place to stay and I can't wait to stay there again in the future or at the future sister hotel which sounds amazing.

Good coffee and most of breakfast foods were good. We didn't do the social evening bar so no comment. Very comfortable beds and good shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Fresh baked cookies on check in.

Breakfast was very crowded and staff had a hard time keeping up with food and supplies. Breakfast Fresh fruit: both melons not sweet but pineapple was sweet.

the facilities were clean, appeared safe to park my classic car and the car was not tempered with. Yay.

The breakfast! Are you kidding me? Bacon, the meat that makes everything taste good. It was the worst tasting piece of meat (?) I ever had. The potatoes were reheated to the point they were like mashed potatoes. The eggs, those were eggs? The fruit was not fresh, there were a couple a pieces of bread and the coffee was colored water. The facility was clean, but I could cook better out of a microwave.

Very convenient location, restaurants and shops close by. The room was impeccable, smelled great, super clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of outlets and USB ports to charge electronics. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff was incredible, 3 people cleaning and keeping it going smoothly plus cooks making omelettes and french toast on demand! Parking was easy.

The bathroom sink was half clogged, nothing too bad.

I was greeted with sincere gratitude when checking in. The rooms are really nice, and the bed was comfortable. The food was great especially the Togo burritos in the morning omg. The gym was nice, and the pool felt great.

The pullout/couch messed my back up real bad, I will be bringing my air mattress next time. I noticed a transient charging his phone in the hallway, and the smell he left in the stair way was awful. Not sure how the staff didn’t notice.

This place was awesome the room was big and clean what I really loved was the social and the fact the room was so quiet you couldn’t here any thing like traffic or construction or even someone’s door closing Emily the hosts was so great check in was easy and the place looked like what they advertised

My only complaint I feel the breakfast could have a few more choices like ham and bacon more fruit and biscuits and gravy

We like the cleanliness, friendly staff and affordability. Our room was overall very clean and well appointed and the A/C worked well too.

Our room had 2 queen beds given the hotel was almost sold out. One of the beds was way too soft and we woke up feeling very uncomfortable. We moved into the other bed which was fine and we slept well.

Breakfast was good with many choices, patio / pool area was delightful and perfect spot for small gathering and picnic lunch. Every staff member was cheerful, polite and professional.

I was in a first floor room with I do not who above me that ran laps all through the night (lol)
