We did not have breakfast as part of our stay.

Everything seemed very good except that I felt the flooring was old and not clean. The carpet seemed very old and the grout between the large tiles in the bathroom seemed very dark and dirty. If you looked at the grout at the outer part of the floor it was much lighter. The grout on the entire rest of the floor was very dark and dirty looking to me.

Just came back from the short trip. Traveled with husband and child. I've read a lot of reviews about strong smoke smell on the casino floor. But it wasn't bad at all, compare to other casinos. Room was amazing, clean and spacious. Bathroom is gorgeous with large bathtub. Everything is well maintained and clean. We liked the pool too. It is located behind the gas station so there is a little bit of walking from the hotel. Pool is large and clean. I've also read that slots are not loose. But we managed to win some money and overall enjoyed the play time. They have free fountain drinks with a self service on the casino floor. Food at Acorn was really good. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast the next morning there.

The room was comfortable, the bed was great. I liked the bathroom. The concert/venue was awesome. The maid in the hall was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast service at the Acorn Cafe was slowwwww..... we could not get coffee, let alone our food, in a timely manner. Breakfast should not take 1.5 hours. Understaffed!! The smoking was ridiculous. It should not be allowed in this day and age. This is why I do not care for Indian Casinos in general, and try to avoid them. The cost of the stay was high for the location.

The room was nice size, clean and staff was great.

The casinos slot machines were made so you have to bet higher so my mom does not want to go back. We would come to this casino every year for my mother's birthday but she no longer wants to come back due to the slot machines being changed. She said she only likes to play machines that are 20 cents or 30 cents.

Breakfast at the Acorn Cafe on sunday morning was delicious and the Staff was very nice at the desk and Jerri our waitress was so busy but efficient. Also dinner was excellent. Jamal deserves a raise...so cordial. We had the pot roast.

Service could have been a little faster at breakfast. Dinner was perfect.

Stayed for the night just travelling through more than to use the casino and thought it was great! Room super clean, large bathroom. Food in sports bar and cafe were good and enjoyed the self service craft beer on tap. Pool across the parking lot in the RV park was lovely, big pool and clean. Ideal stop.

this wasn't my first visit I have been here plenty of times.I can say from my last visit, your hotel has improved a great deal I didn't have dog feses in the room this time thank you for that.And I didn't have running water last time as the water wasn't working and I havd to go elsewhere to bathe and shower as there wasn't any water( it wasn't the greatest stay I had I would have liked my money refunded for them room it was lousy..but I booked it again

Close to were we had to go. Food was very good.

Room was near elevator and it made noise going up and down most of the night and early morning. Also toilet was low and no bar for getting off of seat already paid for room but ended up having to put a deposit down supposedly to get it back.

The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The seating area on the 4th floor was very nice. Loved the jacuzzi tub in our room. We got room service for dinner and the food was excellent!!

We didn’t realize the gratuity for dinner was already included in our room service total and we added more.

Very clean, comfortable, updated rooms. Free parking. Jacuzzi tub was awesome. I stayed there to be near Oroville Hospital, and it was just a five minute drive to the hospital. I ate at both restaurants multiple times and had great service, decent food, reasonable prices.

Lots of loud, drunken neighbors, which is to be expected at a casino I suppose.
