The beds and pillows were very comfy. The room and bathroom was spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice exercise room with filtered water and a very nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast was tasty and even though we arrived a few minutes late our first morning,the hostess reopened and let us make some plates of food to go.

Breakfast is only served till 9:30 AM Monday through Friday, whereas it is served till 10 AM on the weekends. That wasn’t clear on the website and or the Room information. So the information needs to be updated in all the places that breakfast is described, or the times can sync up and breakfast could be served till 10 AM all week.

It was a comfortable and quiet stay. The coffee downstairs in the cafe was actually very good and greatly appreciated. There is nearby shopping, restaurants and a local parish. ✝️

3 nights stay- House keeping only emptied our trash. They only provided three bath towels, when we clearly reserved the room for four guests. Also, I had to ask the front desk for the bedding for the sofa bed, which didn’t include a fitted sheet. But we didn’t want to make a big deal about it, Christmas weekend and all… 🎄

Great clean room. with plenty of amenities. The continental breakfast was good Liked having biscuits and gravy and bacon available along with the pastries.nice selection of snacks and soft drinks available.

No luggage carriers easily available. Don't know if they had them.

It was close to my family and there were good dining options close by

Oro Dam blvd is quite busy at certain times of the day and was sometimes difficult to leave. The facility is doing some type of renovation and and parking was an issue as well up front but there was ample parking on the side and in the back

Breakfast was very good. The eating area very clean and plenty of seating. Location was perfect for us as we had events in two different locations on Friday night and Saturday.

Right in town so walking distance to everything. Clean and surprisingly quiet for being in town. Room was nicely cleaned and arranged and providing everything, was set up for comfort. Staff couldn’t be nicer and efficient. Breakfast was set up well and quite tasty.

Well I have to say. Can’t really say anything negative. This hotel is doing its job right.

Tweekers in parking lot, super tight parking, construction of building is sub par. Baseboards are dirty. Outles are cut into the counter, as the height of the electrical box wasn't laid out per cabinet details.

I love how the staff were super respectful I like how the room was super clean and I like how everything was close like the stores the restaurants so I wouldn’t have to go to far.

really there was nothing not to like it was the staff are very welcoming the room was clean so I’m not complaining about anything.

The staff was very helpful, and friendly!! The continental breakfast was outstanding, and freshly stocked. The front office host, as well as the dining host were my favorite staffers 10/10. Clean rooms, and sanitizers available all throughout the hotel.

We didn’t want to leave, it was a great experience.
