Expect extra charges for the utilities besides of the Booking price. I have attached the photo of my 3000 baht bill ( its just for the electricity and water, besides of the rental price for 2 weeks living in there). Music every night until 3 am will not let you sleep. Beddings have oily and white spots. A remote for my air conditioner needed a new battery, a manager told me that I have to go to 7-11 and buy it by myself. I have asked for a few hangers and received the same response. I have found that my floors were dirty. They have been walking inside my room with not taking their shoes off. The sink has a damage, water barely leaks out, drainers work badly. A socket in the wall was broken, so it was dangerous to use my phone charger or any other device. There was a mold and a dust everywhere. A construction goes on onsite. When I have moved in there was an ad that all the tenants have to pay 300 - 500 baht for the cleaning and for the room service including change of towels, even if you gotta live there about 30 days. I have never experienced anything like that on Booking.com. I have never experienced such a thing anywhere in Thailand. Location is about 45 min by car or 30 min by motorbike from downtown, traffic jams are every day. There is no public transportation, so be prepared for the taxi expenses. Nearest marketplace has no good cafes inside, everything there is overpriced and not tasty. One day there was no water in the hotel for 24 hours. Another day they kicked into my room at 6 am. Finally, I have moved out 2 weeks before my move-out date, just could not sleep well because of the music coming from the outside. No compensation have been provided. For these reviews they threaten me by police and accuse me in defamation. I try to reach out the headquarter of Booking.com, because the support team from Bangkok responds that my receipts are not readable
