Excellent location on Central Pattaya Road. Very quiet and peaceful area. Food Supermarket (size of Hyper Market) is open 24 hours and within 100 meters, every 2nd day I visit to buy fresh salads, beer, snacks, juice and other eatables. Big C Extra Mall, where I had breakfast every day is within 550 meters, this mall has reasonably priced food court and groceries are at lowest price. Massage saloons within 250 meters and several massage saloons along Central Pattaya Road extending upto Pattaya Beach. Pattaya Beach and Soi Buakhao night market and night life area is within walking distance. Large and spacious rooms with good air conditioner, instant water heater, new refrigerator, two sides bedroom lamps, 5G connected wifi internet system, about 4 sockets in different locations inside the room, Washing of clothes is made easy with washing machine accessible on ground floor area, only 30 baht to wash 6 KG of clothes. Very good staff always ready to help and guide tourist, besides they have facilities for tour & travels.

Have to climb stair case to reach upper floors. No CCTV cameras, No balcony but road side view with large windows. Online payment was deducted in advance.

Available after calling around and 3 places were sold out. Relatively close to where we wanted to be.

Stayed on the 1st floor across from the desk. Lots of noise from people coming and going. There is a vent over the door that allows air to enter from the lobby thus allowing a lot of noise to get into the room. The ac would cut off after running for a short time. We reported that in the morning.

The app made me take three rooms when I only needed two so I was overcharged by $17 by booking.com

I got a electric water heater. Air conditioner room Drinking water refill is just opposite to hotel

I couldn't stay at the residence itself so i have to wait first and than to move 5kms away to an upgraded room,for the same price, which was fine as the owner found alternative and the new place was nice. The owner is pro active if there is an issue and try is best to fix it as fast as possible and he is friendly.

From the start many issue as the first room AC was not functionning ,other alternative rooms, many little problem as the room was not properly ready and had to complain on my first 5 days as always little problem,,, They should check before hand and renting them place to make sure all is working properly. The where not onside it s might be the reason, but as guest you expect to have all ok. But at the end the owner handle it all .

Good place for staying but have little noisy at the surround in the morning. Have no the room service daily unless we have to ask and paying for sub-service. In totally, the price is suitable with the quality and service.
