The host was very attentive and offered free cleaning 1 time per a week, without my asking. They also answered very quickly whenever I had a question and did their best to help me. Had all necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. Great view of the city from the rooftop, nice pool and both hot sauna and steam room. I also really liked that there was 2 separate areas with showers & sauna for men and women.

Only cold water everywhere, also in the shower. Not soundproof, can hear neighbors talking very easily. All doors to stairs are locked on every floor, and it made me really afraid in case of fire. The bed was a little hard, could feel the springs through the mattress. Very far to walk to the beach, but easily accessible with bolt or something.

Room 506 - The apartment was very nice and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, The sofa and bed were comfortable for us. Communication with the owner was good. The pool area and gym are very good. The apartment is in a nice location for most things, in a quiet area. Big C supermarket is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants. Washing machine was very useful for us.

There is a damp smell in the apartment that is from under the kitchen and bathroom. The WiFi - mifi provided was just about adequate for our needs We could not find a brush for cleaning the floor, or floor cloth. No iron or ironing board

Location was in a quiet area, which is why I have stayed here 4 times, but not far at all from the hustle and bustle which we liked. Best of both worlds. The pool was always nice and quiet too with big c a 2 minute walk. Apartment was great and spacious for us 3, all kitchen utensils and a balcony to relax in. Our host was amazing who arranged a taxi from the airport to pick us up and then arranged our return taxi.

Has everything you need, the 8th floor also has a sauna, pool and nice view, worth every penny in regards to being economical. Outside you have amenities that you’d typically need like lots of massage shops

Location but in its defence, it’s not the worst location.

The room was immaculate. Couldn't fault it at all. Everything you need. High quality

Parking a little hit and miss. Juristic office quite abrupt and pushy if parking in wrong place. With limited parking it's hard not to. Would be beneficial for each room to have an alloted space

Matbe a better internet, but then we wern't much in the room anyways, and asmarttv, netflix etc would have been a plus.

The apartment was excellent. Very quiet and secure. The support was excellent. Had an issue with one of the aircon units which was sorted out immediately I contacted the owner. Small bar next door with grocery stores and 7/11 a few yards away. Taxi costs were 50 to 60 baht to the beach and central Pattaya. The Big C extra supermarket was within easy walking distance.

Comfortable and spacious single room apartment, it looks exactly like the photo. Internet was an issue in the beginning but the host fixed it within a day, which I am very grateful. There's a gym, sauna, swimming pool on the top floor with a great view of the vicinity. Big C supermarket and 7-Eleven is 3 minutes walk away.

When I first arrived some part of the apartment wasn't cleaned carefully, and there was some issue with the hot water not working.

The wi-fi internet was rather troublesome, but I think it's the same in most parts of Pattaya because I believe the city overall has a poor internet connection.

Security and the apartment itself were excellent. I had a couple of minor issues which were resolved within hours which was brilliant. I have stayed there many times and will continue to do so. Picking up the keys and lift cards was easy and everything went very smoothly.

There was nothing I didn't like.
