The staff were very helpful in every aspect..Aunty Mod was exceptional with her customer service..i was treated like family and enjoyed my holiday so much...Miss Fern was also very pleasant and also very very helpful with anything i inquired about..i had a 2 week holiday at this Hotel and would definitely return again..

The only thing i can think of is i just wish it was closer to walk to all the action..But if you dont mind catching a motor bike the Hotel is in a very quiet location which is good for a lot of people..

The hotel room was clean, and as per expectation. Stuff was polite and helpful. The room was huge and the bed was really firm. Had a good night sleep. Had to fiddle a bit with the air con but got it working at the end.

The hotel doesn't arrange any tours or activities. Breakfast buffet was out of action on our first day, but they served breakfast from the standard menu, which was ok. Breakfast could have been more varieties. Very basic buffet breakfast. The location is a little far from the beach. Not many options for shopping. We were having issues every time calling a taxi as it was always ending up on the other side of the road.

Love this place have stayed in it before few years ago it hasn't changed staff are nicest of any hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere. Breakfast was good before it a was buffet now i think 5 or 6 sets to choose from. Fruit cereals juice coffee tea toast perfect.

Nothing really .little walking to do.but this suited me I love to walk.it easy to book bolt taxi cheap. Very quiet area few minutes Walk to Big C extra shopping.foodland shopping at the corner 1 minute lots of food from round the world and Thai day time restaurant cheap

Hotel Room: Very clean, large and hot water was good. My room view was nice to the city. There are also coffee and tea facilities. Facilities: Hotel swimming pool is fantastic, see the whole view of Pattaya, very cooling and nice place to relax. Totally love the area. On site parking is available. Wifi is also strong and good. Breakfast: With my hotel price of only $130 SGD so for 3 nights, I got 3 tasty breakfast , the bread and coffee counter is free flow. There are not many overseas guests, mainly locals. Location: Although in Pattaya Klang which is further from the seaside, I love the quiet and peace here. It is also near to BIG C and Food supermarket. There are many eateries nearby and massage studios too. The mini van to BKK is just round the corner making it very convenient. You can also take a short walk to the beach side which is about 1.8KM away.

So far nothing. Loved the staff patience and treating me like in a family house.

The hotel was great in every way. I would especially like to highlight the staff, who were always helpful and smiling. The location of the hotel was ideal for me, because it was outside the busy center and at the same time still close so that I didn't have to deal with complicated transportation. I would definitely come back here.

There was nothing I didn't like stayed in over 10 hotels in Pattaya levana by far the best the staff were amazing even arranged a birthday surprise for my fiancee very polite very curious staff and manager Definitely worth a higher star rating 😃😃😃😃

In low season this price is reasonable. Location is perfect, 24hr open foodland n big c extra is both within 3mins by walk. Ms. Fern from frontdesk is Amazing helpful, your care/communication /smile is the reason i will back again.

Need more lightings in room

The staff were great. Answering some questions before I arrived. offering an alternative room due to a minor issue during my stay(originally booked for one night but I stayed for two), and finally accepting a package I was expecting (that actually arrived after I checked out).

The hotel was amazing,friendly staff. Good location.

The only thing was that the mattress was really hard. Very uncomfortable. To sleep on.
