This hotel is absolutely wonderful. I needed to book a hotel for a month's stay at very short notice and after reading some reviews online, decided to book the DeeProm hotel and I'm so glad I did. The hotel is located just off the Central Pattaya road (Pattaya Klang) but the noise level is very low. It's a 20 min walk to the beach and there is a Big C & Home Pro just across the road so is very convenient for anything you may need to buy. I generally went out for breakfast as there are many cafes nearby but when I did have breakfast at the hotel, it was delicious and there was plenty of choice. My room was always always kept neat and clean with up to two bottles of water provided every day. The Wi-Fi in my room and around the pool area was very fast and with no connection problems at all. Finally, Jill and Chaming on the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful, spoke very good English and always had a smile and a chat when I left the hotel each morning. I cannot recommend the DeeProm hotel highly enough.

Weaknesses (Cons): • Noise: Poor – Lack of soundproofing. motorcycles outside affects sleep quality, especially for us as light sleepers. • Dining Area: Average – Presence of mosquitoes and flies affects dining comfort when windows are open.

I had a truly wonderful stay! What stood out the most was the warm and welcoming attitude of the entire team – everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. They were very helpful with my dietary needs, and I deeply appreciate that. Breakfasts were simple yet tasty, with everything you could possibly need – nothing was missing. I also appreciated the fact that the staff really listens to their guests – the recently renovated swimming pool is a great example of how they take feedback seriously. The location is found in a quite area but still near to the main attractions. You can easily walk to the beach or any mall nearby as well as the walking streets. It is ideal if you want to spend the day outside and come back to relax and sleep without being disturb by the night life. The room itself was comfortable and clean. With alll staff being adorable and helpful.

What stands out about this small hotel is the exceptional staff and the quiet location. The staff went out of their way to help me with any problems or requests I had. The front desk day staff and the late night hotel reception helped me with a few things. They welcome you and greet you at every chance with big smiles. The hotel gave me credit of 300Baht per day because the pool was under repair. Nobody in the business is that generous and this is the kind of gesture that will be remembered and appreciated and will make me loyal to this hotel for years to come.

Not many things to dislike at this hotel but if I must find something, I'd say their TVs are in bad need to be replaced. Cheap China made Televisions that are slow to boot up and my TVs sound malfunctioned and the night reception staff (Jamie) came to my room at 1am and replaced it with another TV from a spare room but that TV also had a broken speakers and was only able to use with an external speaker. Noise in the hallways are loud and when guest rooms are open and people speak, it reverberates everywhere. The walls are also thin and I heard my neighbors speaking through the wals. Also the housekeeping walkie talkies were especially loud and woke me up more than once.

A nice hotel away from the city noise and hustle bustle. Beds are comfortable. A nice swimming pool as well.

The room facilities stated with a balcony while actually there was no balcony in the room. The hotel is far away from the beach. The check-out process is annoying, they have to check your room before you leave the hotel premises. While I was checking out they told me that a tote bag is missing in the room while the bag was not placed in the room when I checked-in, which was frustrating.

We had such a wonderful stay at DeeProm Pattaya Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality is truly top-notch: always ready to help with a smile, even when our little one was happily running around the reception. The breakfast was absolutely awesome: delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. We especially appreciated how child-friendly the hotel is. The staff were patient and kind, and they went out of their way to make sure our baby was comfortable. It’s rare to find a place where both parents and kids feel so welcome, but DeeProm Hotel Pattaya truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, great food, and outstanding service!

I’m so glad I found The DeeProm. It’s a little off the beaten track, but with a scooter, that wasn’t an issue. In fact, it turned out to be a great little hotel that offers excellent value for money. The staff are genuinely lovely, always helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself isn’t big, which makes for a more personal and relaxed atmosphere. There’s a nice pool and a lovely garden with outdoor seating—perfect for unwinding. The rooms are comfortable, well-sized, and thoughtfully designed with good lighting. But the standout feature? The bed. In all seriousness, it’s the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in—absolutely incredible. The room was also quiet, which made for a restful stay, and the TV was a good size for unwinding in the evenings. Since it’s a fairly new hotel, everything feels modern and well-maintained. There’s also a nice café and restaurant downstairs, which adds to the convenience. The only thing to consider is the location. If you want to be within walking distance of the beach or main attractions, this might not be the best choice. But if you’re happy using taxis or a scooter, it’s a fantastic find. For the price, The DeeProm delivers great value, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

The hotel is nice decoration in Thai style that's unique. hotel area and facilities in and outside room is clean. Amenities e.g. shower gel, shampoo and lotion is relaxing products. There are parking lots. Breakfast is set with 2 choices can be selected but salad, bread, dessert and coffee/tea are buffet. I like their garden there is still green area for breath.

The air con ventilation is at balcony, too hot to stand long to enjoy there. Location is far from beach but near main road that it might be good for guest who doesn't intend to spend beach time like me. I just needed to stay overnight before driving back to Bangkok.
