The hotel was really clean and neat. we had all the amenities and facilities provided.

But during the time of checkout the staff made us to wait there for so long saying that we took a cup from the room.Being it their mistake that they dint keep it prior.we were really disappointed about the incident . please be sure to take a video of the room while entering so that u can tell them

I had a great stay at Hotel J Residence Pattaya. The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent — convenient for getting around and close to many attractions. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout my stay, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect, a bit away from buzzling downtown / walking street and bars(we felt the serenity of so called vacation) The pool is very clean and the staff are trying their best to communicate and assist you, truly polite! The pool is very clean and 1.50 meters depth. The dining area is very organize and food is awesome as many selection of foods display!Love the fruit section! The room is clean and they made sure that the amenities are replenish daily. Wifi connection is fast as well.

Loved my stay at Hotel J! Clean, peaceful environment with convenient location - easily walked to Terminal 21 and other attractions. My room was spacious and spotless. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. The two swimming pools offer different vibes - perfect for whatever mood you’re in. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Pattaya!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and up to standard. The room and bathroom were well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also convenient, just a few minutes from a big shopping center. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Have now stayed at all 3 hotels in Nth Pattaya and cannot fault any of them. Staff, rooms, beds facilities are all outstanding.. Not the place to stay if you want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of bars and nightlife, but shops are only a short 10 minute walk away.

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided, such as the high-speed Wi-Fi and complimentary toiletries, added to the convenience. I also appreciated the large window.
