The stay in SN Connx, Pattaya, was very comfortable and relaxing. Facilities were very good. Breakfast was good, too. The environment is very serene, and interior designing is exceptionally good. Staff was very cheerful and helping. We would like to mention Ms. Auratai at reception was marvellous, a very kind and helping lady who guided us very well. Whenever we will visit Thailand again, we will surely stay in SN Connx Pattaya. Kudos to Connx management and team. Well done

The room and shower were excellent. 15 minutes walk to the beach

Breakfast was too Asian for me. There should be a Cafe in the hotel as after breakfast there is nowhere to have a coffee or snack. The gym needs more equipment and was not air conditioned which made it hard to exercise.

location is good. lobby is very picturesque and modern. breakfast is also excellent. staff is very friendly and helpful. pool is small but clean.

first room they allotted to me was very smelly. i asked to change and immediately got another room. rooms were a little bit smelly probably due to smoking of previous tenants.

I like the picture shown same as it is on reality. Very classy lounge area and room with bathtub and so reasonable price. They have a good coffee machine for breakfast and very classy and clean breakfast place.

Breakfast, too limited choice for healthy western food (may add eg : yoghurt, oats, baked beans, omelette, half/full boiled eggs). First night, there's a tiny little cockroach appear on the desk. Too small swimming pool.

Hotel looks pretty new, confortable, good location, not far from the beach and the Terminal 21 mall. It was clean, bed and matress good.

The walls are quite thin, if you have a neighbour you can hear everything. If you want to book directly at the hotel they are trying to ripp you off....with a smile on the face.

The rooms were clean, modern, very comfortable, value for the money and the staff was amazing. Overall property is very clean. The entrace hallway was beautiful. Moreover, 10 minutes walk to Terminal 21 Pattaya, 20 minutes walk to Beach Road Pattaya but you can take local transport from terminal 21 to beach road, walking street, jomtein beach. Likewise, 7 eleven and few restaurant in walking distance. Hope to be back soon.

Beautifully furnished with a good sized room, the breakfast variety is very good. Location is a good 20 minute walk to the beach and about 15 minutes to the Terminal 21 shopping Mall, a must visit.

I loved the complete service all the way around! From the receptionist, the luggage gentleman, and that great Peach/lemon soda they give you at check in! I wanted more and more! Also the lobby is scented with a gentle aroma that smells like a high end women's perfume. It is like heaven to all the senses! Keep in mind this is only check in! I stayed at a few other hotels during my vacation in Pattaya, but I kept checking myself in night after night because the other hotels did not come close to compare. The rooms here are immaculate. A nice tip they gave me was if I needed my laundry done quickly, the little place next door did them by next day! She made them smell better than they ever did from home and she even shrink wrapped them for me! Now back to Arbour Hotel...The pool and views from the roof are customized for the gods. Superior in every way! Wow! Any time I come back to Pattaya this is where I will stay every time! No need to go anyplace else. There is this restaurant walking right down the street called Sala restaurant. They have great local Thai food and I eat there daily. Thank you for treating me like a king! Ps the girl receptionist who wears the ribbon in her hair is absolutely gorgeous! Just her smile melts me! Thanks again!

The decor in the building was beautiful, even the toilets in the lobby were immaculate and so nicely presented The rooms were on the 6th floor, again very well presented and comfortable The location was great for us, we walked on a daily basis to the beach which took around 20 mins

There were some noisy Korean guests who obviously didn't have any respect for others when they returned on one occasion No hot water one morning. Fixed by the lunchtime. But we were going out and would have showered first
