J Inspired Hotel is always our first choice when visiting North Pattaya as the rooms are aways clean, the breakfast is superb and our son loves the two pools. On a Saturday afternoons, they have a pool party for children, which is well organised and our son loves it! It's easy to get to from the main Bangkok tollway and is close to Terminal 1, which is a fantastic new Mall having a huge range of restaurants to meet all tastes.

Nothing. It consistently ticks all the right boxes for us - it's why we always return there..

The receptionist changed the room before switching. I talked to him. I asked for a room overlooking the pool. She didn't talk to me in a clear way and told me in a clear way. I felt that she was offering me a free room, and this is not true. Please give this employee courses that suit this wonderful place the employee’s name, Way.😡

Liked staff/pools. It is a 3 block complex family or organised Thai/Asian group hotel. Very few Europeans as they have not found this place yet. We enjoyed a large, quiet, clean white comfy bedding Room 208 on the 2nd fl facing pool . Great aircon. Liked the short Walking Location to 2 malls/mkt. Plus Tuk Tuk at centre 21, fair price 10thb pp to beach or walking street. Paid much more on overpriced Ko Samui. Liked the snacks in the hotel .Loved the lemon ice tea. Plus Continental Bfast or Asian/Thai offering, enough choice to start day. Juice, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, egg station, toast, jam, muffins, tea/coffee. No unhealthy fry up's here. Liked free wifi and easy firestick install. 7/11 was on the corner for all you need, including ice. Not forgetting fab hair salon close by.. for ladies and men. For Europeans KFC & McD, also in/near malls. 10-minute walk. Or 5 if visiting Lotus. Not a Boozy Hotel, everyone is very courteous. It's a great place to chill, top up tan or use as a base to explore main Pattaya nightlife. .

Restaurant/ room Service last order 6.30pm ,there was so much choice outside, I guess. So, it's not economical. Shame as I loved the rice n pork, wonton soup, and burger offering. So eat early if not wanting the eve walk out.

Last time we visited J Inspired Hotel was six months ago and as always it was lovely to be recognised by many of the staff that have worked there for some years, but we love the hotel's location, which is near Terminal 21 and still within walking distance to the main Pattaya beach. Also, our son loves the Pool Party that happens every Saturday afternoon where he make friends easily with the other children there. The breakfast is, as always, fantastic too!!

Everything was near perfect, the only thing I noticed was that the water took some time to drain from the wash hand basin in our particular room. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Room: the bathtub - with this price you usually don't get one, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were right for us with sufficient lighting in the room on both sides of the bed. The balcony was big enough to sit and chill. Facility: the swimming pools (there're 2) were very nice. Looks like there's also a gym but we didn't use it. Location: very convenient, very close to Terminal 21 and Fairtex, just an easy walk and you can even walk to the beach or take the Song Taew taxi for 10 Baht per person. One cute thing was they had event for kids at the pool in the afternoon and then cartoon screening by the pool in the evening. Great for family with little ones :) But could be a bit loud for those seeking tranquility. We didn't mid it so much. We didn't book breakfast so can't comment on that.

Probably not for someone seeking a quiet spot as they seem family-oriented. But great for family with kids!

Good location is close to Terminal 21 . This hotel room was clean and beautiful big comfortable bed. The swimming pool was so good and nice . Yes i will come back to stay in the hotel 🙂.

Breakfast need to improve almost same menu not special or “wow” effector, also please provide Halal food for muslim will make guests happy and make them impress .

Room was nice , big , plenty to tv channels, balcony was good for drying your clothes , because of the reviews I did not book breakfast, instead decided to check it out , actually if was good, excellent, fresh coffee, fruit , salad , fried eggs , fried egg bread, plenty of super Thai dishes which were of a high quality.

I am probably a bit spoiled, the pool area was not that appealing.

Comfortable for families, with great service and friendly staff. The location was convenient and reasonably close to key areas.

The gym was poorly equipped, and the Deluxe City View Twin room we stayed in was slightly smaller than expected. Additionally, the view was directly facing a billboard. The Pool View room seemed like a better option.

Loved the pools and the effort all the staff went to with the little kids. Kids club was basic and unattended but that was fine. Little one could have killed a load of time in there with all the toys if we had stayed longer. The slide was an added bonus, we didn't realise there was a slide but our 2 year old loved going down with one of her parents.

Breakfast was ok. Restaurant when not being used for breakfast was very plain and basic. Food was ok.
