Lovely resort. Quiet resort even though it was near the main road. Beautiful grounds. Huge swimming pool. Plenty of sun lounges for guests. Peaceful. Food excellent and huge selection at breakfast. Sunbed towels are in the rooms. Free glass bottles water in rooms. Showers are excellent. Hot water. Happy hour 5pm-6pm at pool bar. 90 baht for a Chang beer, so worth it at happy hour. Get 2 beers for 90 baht. Staff are pleasant and attentive. We had the buffet on Saturday 499 baht each. It was worth it. Live music too. This is only Saturdays. Hotel has food to buy throughout the day so you can eat there at lunch and dinner. Good prices.

Only one gripe. Air con is dated and upon arrival it was very noisy. Come bedtime, we couldn't sleep due to the grating noise coming from the unit. We called reception and they came and cleaned it. It took approx 30 mins. We were asked if we wanted to change Bungalows, but at 10pm we waited until the unit was cleaned. Happy to say it worked so much better after and hummed away in an acceptable level.

Location: Great location – close to the hustle and bustle of Pattaya, yet a peaceful oasis. Staff: Friendly and professional staff. Extremely helpful – nothing was too much for them. Rooms/Bungalows: Beautifully decorated with a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and walk-in closet. There’s a TV in both the living room and the bedroom. Wi-Fi: Extremely strong connection. We had unit number 52 – you can walk straight from your room directly into the pool. Bar: Poolside bar with happy hours. Breakfast: excellent local and international choices.

We had a twin room with 2 beds. The beds were too small, too short ( my husband is 1.93m) en very hard to my taste

Buffet breakfast is ALWAYS WONDERFUL. Room was fine. I traded a King a long way from the office for 2 beds that were near the office. My bed was about the size of a massage table, much smaller than I anticipated it would be. I lived with it, but it was very narrow. TV remote was very difficult. Should have asked for a new one, but made it work. Wonderful Customer Relations Manager and IT gentleman. The pool is the best I have ever been in. Huge. They have a book exchange library with books in about 10 languages.

Helpfulness of the breakfast staff. They are amazing, but you need to ask them for assistance. Then they will gladly help. Not as many smiles as I am used to but wonderful people. I use a cane, and help at breakfast is always nice.

We absolutely loved our 10-night stay at the Thai Garden Resort (16th - 26th August 2025) The staff were fantastic from the day we arrived to departure. Our family room C20 was in a prime location and was so much bigger than the photos suggest. The pool is massive and has plenty of sun beds available. The food/drink was priced well, and the breakfast was lovely. We had such a great time, we will be returning in 2026! What made this holiday so special was, without doubt, the friendly ambience and attentive staff.

Good size rooms we had a one bed apartment . Location is excellent .

I have had better breakfast buffets in Thailand . Adequate but could be better . Sun bed hogging was a problem the 2nd and third week . This does need sorting out . I have stayed at resorts where after 1 hour of no use all goods are removed from sunbed snd placed at the towel hut . Customers are fully aware this will happen . But needs monitoring vigorously by hotel staff . To ensure a consistent approach

Everything. Had a poolside room. Even though the place was packed and in the town it didn't feel like it. Guests have a habit of claiming their seats by the pool with their towels very early in the morning but still loads of beds for everyone. Pool is nice. Food is good. Breakfast very good. Staff are exceptional. Room maids so polite. Special commendation to the lady on the egg station who was under immense pressure each morning but still smiled thru it all and performed her job to perfection. Great value for money.

Not one thing.

This hotel has a beautiful pool, with well manicured gardens that makes it feel so tranquil. The staff are amazing! They are so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is great; lots of variety. And the lady who makes the eggs is fantastic! Our coffee order was always brought to our table before we sat down, and our eggs were also brought to us when the chef finished cooking them to order.

The beds could be better. Maybe add another baby high chair with seat belts to accommodate the little ones . All rooms should have smart TVs. Washrooms should have a fan. The Air conditioner units need to be consistent .

We loved the perfect fantastic Garden, the hotel right in the heart center of Pattaya, everything is near by, the hotel area is so calm, beautiful and peaceful. It is very cozy, very classic , well taken care of. The Food at the restaurant is amazing, great choice, for lunch and dinner the way the serve it - is super! Saturday night buffet with live music - is a Must! Breakfast- very tasty , huge variety! We extended our stay for longer as it was so joyful, and will be back!!!

Excellent. Great location and good choice. Pool was fantastic and lovely and warm. Very reasonable price, clean rooms and the 2 bed room was very large. Great showers and the biggest bath I have ever seen!

Staff were great except the check in staff male wasn’t pleasant at all. The two male staff at the pool bar were permanently surly. No idea why. Whereas the cleaners etc were lovely, smiled etc. however I highly recommend the hotel.

Bed: Comfortable. Pillows: Too high and hard, asked for a softer one, it was too soft. Need latex or memory foam pillows. Facilities: Pool good size, opening hours 7am to 10pm was really good. Great little gym with free weights and well maintained machinery. Food and Beverage: Well priced food and drinks. Breakfast had lots of different options. The pastries were the only negative as they were very bland. Service from staff was excellent.
