Lovely relaxing hotel, superb location. would definitely stay again.

Feels like a small resort. Pool was lovely. Staff very nice and helpful. The coffee shop La Baguette beside it was great for coffee and lunch. Their cakes were so good. Walking distance to Terminal 21. The restaurant La Ferme beside it was excellent. On Friday and Saturday nights they have a small Tiffany Show which was excellent

Nothing really. it was shame that their restaurant on site wasn’t busy as it was really nice but we were the only 2 people to dine all night

Woodlands has a very nice feel and as the rooms face in this means it is a quiet location away from the noise of Pattaya. It is low rise and the area around the pool is lovely. The staff are very nice the rooms a good size. The bathrooms are good quality. The pool bar is nice but not open all week. Good pizzas!! It is well located for the Songthaews taxis along the beach road. Well located near Terminal 21 shopping centre.

We last stayed here 10 years ago and there are some bits of the property that could do with updating. The pool floor needs attention. I had forgotten the pool is very shallow so great for kids but not so great for an adult to swim. The bar and the spa were not open during our stay which is a shame. Although these didn't impact on the stay.

The locks on the bedroom door after being checked.Did not open the door for over more than over a dozen time l brought a staff each time cards where changed on occasions still did not work.Room 937.

Quieter location than downtown, but accessible via public transportation. Nice, quiet garden setting.

The breakfast, whilst generous was not good quality. No muesli, only cheap low quality cereals (eg. cornflakes, sugary cereal). Coffee was good. There was an egg station, nice tropical fruit selection. The almond croissant has an awful taste perhaps due to substandard ingredient? The lighting in the room came with too many switches and double switches which were hard to figure out.

Pool was very well designed & natural shade from trees worked well. We opted for no breakfast, which since we were eating out worked well. Room was modern, well appointed & kept clean by staff. Bonus - was that check in time was officially 1pm, but due to transfers arrived at hotel at 10am, however they let us have the room straight away - which was a really excellent touch.

All things considered, no real complaints, although the noise from the Live Music in the bars behind the hotel & from stages at Terminal 21 (Music Festival) did go on until quite late. Would not be suitable for getting young children to sleep.

The rooms are large, with a nice shower, nice balcony, comfortable beds (although the pillows weren't great) and lots of space. The swimming pool is great and there are several nice areas to relax. The staff are generally friendly and helpful.

When we checked in, it took a while for the staff to sort out our booking as we had made it under two different bookings. This resulted in them making a mistake and us being slightly undercharged. Not a major issue but it should have been done properly on check in. Also, the breakfast wasn't made easy for us to pay for and get.

Very nice, clean with pleasant staff

A few small improvements, add something under the chair next to dressing table to stop the “nails on a blackboard noise” when you use it, add something to wardrobe doors to stop banging when closing, could hear this late at night/early morning in the next room, soundproof door to room, add handrail to pool steps and general upgrade to pool.

Staff were exceptional. Chanaya at reception was v helpful with a taxi and a slightly later checkout time. The man who moved baggage to/from rooms could see that I was trying to move a heavy case downstairs. He ran to help me. Really good customer service. The breakfast was excellent. The whole place was immaculately clean.

Only a v minor point. There was a bit of noise from the swimming pool, but I appreciate it's a family hotel and I'm being a bit high maintenance.
