We are return visitors to Sunshine Garden because it is ideally located & fulfills our needs. It was becoming a little tired looking, but we were surprised to see a different reception area, which had been totally renovated. This also applied to the rooms, which have now been brought up to date. The pool is nice, though get out there early to grab a sunbed! The buffet breakfast is very good, with attentive staff. The restaurant area has also been revamped. All staff are nice and very helpful.

Several items at breakfast were cold, where they should have been warm/hot. Bathroom sink plug was extremely stiff to operate. The mattress was dreadful (way too soft), and should have been replaced during the renovation. Probably my worst sleep here in the past seven years. The above will not put me off visiting again.

This is a gem of a three star hotel in a great location on the Dolphin roundabout, opposite Terminal 21. It is away from all the hub hub, bars, sleaze, etc, but close enough to access central Pattaya and Beach Road on a Baht bus. The pool is nice and has a child area. Breakfast is great and in a nice environment. We keep coming back here every time we visit Pattaya. The hotel and rooms have recently had a makeover, as it was looking a little tatty.

On this trip, it was the bed. I booked a double room, but we got two singles pushed together. My half was awful.

Great location good value for money

Excellent staff, clean and reasonably quiet. Wonderful location (very close to the beach, walking distance to good shopping options/restaurants etc. + on the main 'baht bus' routes).

I asked for a room on the highest floor possible + got a room on the 1st floor. Also, I felt that some other guests were leaving towels on the sun loungers (sun beds by the pool) for a number of hours, without using the sun lounger. Seems a bit selfish.

We have stayed here several times In the past pre covid. This time we stayed for 28 nights, left for Malaysia for 5 weeks then returned here for another 28 nights. The staff are great. The rooms are comfortable. I like the balcony. Breakfast is tasty

There is nothing I didn't like however I do think a few more sun brollies might be good. Also the bar by the pool would be more inviting if it was actually a bar. Saying that it's not a complaint just a suggestion

Very nice lots of choices.

Guest placing towels on sunbeds from early morning and we're not even there or using the pool taking them for themselves for all day. Very selfish. There should be a policy not allowing this so everybody can enjoy the facilities.

Good value for money, location ideal, opposite Terminal 21 Shopping Mall and a short walk to the beach. Room cleaned every day. Nice pool with plenty of loungers. Great breakfast with helpful staff.

balcony position due to how the building is designed you face a wall and not the pool or gardens most ordinary rooms have a better view

Sunshine Garden and the other connected hotels are a little oasis in Pattaya north. During my stay I had an issue and I would like to thank very much Mr Tae, the IT engineer, for helping me. I will come back to this hotel again and I recommend it. Excellent value for money!

this hotel is amazing...I don't like skyscrapers...everything is ok here close to everywhere. And it's not expensive. The service is very good ... I'm in this hotel for the third time ... And certainly not the last time,

during my last stay, I got a room facing the street ..... it was a bit too noisy at night ... next time I will know and I will take another room in this hotel, nevertheless I highly recommend it.
