All the staff were very friendly and helpful, they came round daily cleaning the rooms and common areas. I had a really great time here, though there were a few (very minor) issues...

The dorm rooms (though manageble) really is too small for strangers to share, much less of the opposite sex. They tried to put a girl in my room once. As soon as she saw me, she took off. And who could blame her?!... Access to a fridge would've been nice... To get to the hotel was a 10min walk, down an often busy dark narrow street... Loud inconsiderate guests talking/playing music at all hours on loud speaker. A few times, I had to intervene and ask them to pipe down! Despite these issues, I would definitely stay here again! Well done, chaps!!

Very close to the ocean, the rooms were always clean and tidy, and everyday we had 2 fresh bottles of water for free. I also appreciated the chocolate easter bunny they put in the fridge. Really nice touch! The view from the room was also very nice.

In general the hotel could do with a general redecoration. It has great potential, but unfortunately doesnt quite hit the mark as being "great". The senior receptionist made my check in difficult and didn't allow me in the room because my roommate did not arrive at the same time. After 24h of travelling, having to wait for 4 more hours was not nice. I appreciate he was doing his job, but I gave him enough proof that I was entitled to stay in that room. Anyways, it added unnecessary stress and tension between us that lasted for several days. The rest of the staff was great!

Only one station on the Universal weight set worked. The treadmill did not work. But there were enough functional equipment to give me a good workout. Sauna nor the steam room were hot enough. But the steam room was better. Breakfast was ฿300 for, I think a buffet. I wish they had a less expensive continental breakfast.

I LOVED my stay here! I stayed in the deluxe double or twin room with the sea view The view from the balcony was breathtaking during the day. It was out of this world at sunset! The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The bed was super comfy with these wonderful pillows that contour to the body (amazing for side sleepers). The room was HUGE! You could have fit a bit while fútbol team in there 😂. It was so reasonably priced too! Each room has its own WiFi so the WiFi works super fast. The pool has be about Olympic sized and the beach is only 2 min from the hotel. This hotel really has everything even a play area for children.

I wish the hotel restaurant was open throughout the day. Otherwise, everything was amazing!!

Family room, very confortable,cosy and clean. From our room we have a beautiful view of the sea, city and also terminal 21. It was a mind-blowing view at night. I really recommend this hotel.

Everything was just perfect. Breakfast was very good. But if you had also American lunch and dinner would.be an advantage. Since we order at the grand bella restaurant who provide meal for best bella but food didn't meet our expectation. I think if you had your own kitchen service would be a great advantage as your breakfast was great.

Everything! Receptionist are brilliant, all the mornings to night duties. They always greet with smiles and help you whenever needed. Breakfast was really good, lot’s of choices and do changes everyday in some of them. Laundry was plus point, don’t need to go outside. It was simple to use and less in cost. Room was spacious with really nice sea view from balcony and perfect for family. Big fridge with 2 bottles of water everyday complimentary. Cleaners are always on time to clean your room every single day and super nice staff. I would definitely come again.

Everything!!! We came to Pattaya for a week symposium and we are fasting since it is ramadhan. The hotel provided us with halal food every night. And the hotel provides microwave oven with big fridge in each room..easier for us to keep our food. And plus the room is very spacious and each room got access to a private wifi connection which is very convenient and superfast. This is one of the best hotels I have ever experienced

Big clean rooms. Good mattress. Near the sea.Good breakfast. Shuttle that takes you near a big Mall (Terminal 21). Kitchenette in the room is a plus.

To go to the sea from the hotel, you must go to the street and walk about 50 metres. But then go down many steps. Not convenient for old people or people walking impaired or some kind of walking difficulty.

The location. The sea view. The friendly staff. Breakfast. Clean. Good value for money.

The entrance to the swimming pool is in need of repair. There is no pool table (as it’s mentioned in the description on booking.com) The temperature in the breakfast room is far too cold for comfort. The gym could be improved with better equipment.
