The resort was incredibly spacious and gave off a lush, green vibe — it felt like a cool, hidden oasis, especially on sunny days. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. We really appreciated the availability of warm water, and the multiple swimming pools were perfect — with separate ones for kids and adults. There were dedicated smoking areas, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay — delicious pancakes, fresh fruits, and a great variety overall. Highly recommended for a peaceful and refreshing getaway!

The pool is the centre piece of the Hotel , Absolutely brilliant in the huge lagoon size pool.I have stayed here 7 times before between 2006 and 2014 Always very good. This time I was very pleased to see that the Hotel had updated throughout and the Bungalows were all new . Very nice indeed The front staff are the friendliest and most helpful you will come across in Pattaya The property is excellently maintained and clean Location is good , A bit of a walk to the end of the Soi but then you have access to 10 baht baht buses going either way . Plenty of restaurants ATM Currency 7 elvens etc or use the baht bus and you have all of beach road to walking street at your disposal

The room towels are due to be replaced Somewhat thin now . Pool towels are fine I have raised before , I think an 8 seat electric golf cart style buggy could be utilise by the Hotel . Have a phone set up at the end of Soi with a direct link to the baggage staff sat at the front If just 1 person 50 baht 2 people 30 baht each and 3 or more 20 baht Just ring and the cart comes down and gets you . Or as you are going out the cart is at the front and you use . The cost is little to Guests to use and introducing this service with a pricing the Hotel would not lose money Very helpful especially on those hot days and it would be used a lot I suspect

Gardeners we're fantastic and very nice to talk with Manager helped us when someone stole money my daughter dropped outside her door. Police came and Russians gave the money back, total ,£360 stolen

We have stayed before but far too many ignorant Russians who simply take your beds even if your in the pool or go for food. If they were not there then it would be a lovely place. Germans we're fantastic

The location was perfect. The pool was amazing my bed was the best my view was amazing. Nicky was especially helpful with events and tours . Beautiful stay

Because I booked on booking.com I didn’t get a 15% discount on meals and facilities. People who book directly with the resort are entitled to this discount. House keeping was not that good kept on asking for loo paper they did not supply coffee and sugar all the time and mugs from breakfast were left on my porch for days ?

It had a lovely pool and we were in a bungalow which was nice. But of a long walk to breakfast if you have trouble walking and to the shops and restaurants. Although they did food at the hotel until 6pm which they did not inform us about.Staff were lovely and breakfast was good.

The walk abc they did not inform us about they did food until 6pm and the fact that we had to be like the Germans and go put towels on bed by 7.30am

Various kinds of breakfast, ABF, location of hotel easy to walk to Terminal 21 and other places nearby. Convenient stores are not too far to walk thru, dinning places can drive through along Na Klur road. Pool is really good and clean during we stayed there.

We booked for Family suite room, and got to stay on 3rd floor, overall is ok, but only air-con for both bedrooms are cold enough (but living room is feel comfortable for relaxing. But next stay, will request for first floor).

Very helpful and friendly staff, the beds are super comfortable with nice air conditioning and well presented rooms, plus outside just tops it all of with the beautiful pool areas, Definitely good value for me coming here, a big thank you to baitong for finding my bag and getting it delivered to me via taxi. After forgetting a few items outside the hotel in a taxi the staff helped me retrieve my lost items very quickly, I am forever thankful for there professional care and assistance

Renovated room was excellent, but a long way from entrance. Breakfast always good.

Long way to walk up the road and then main road to shops, restaurants, bars etc. Tiring especially in the heat. Loma Hotel (same hotel group, but now demolished), had an electric shuttle to/from the hotel, free of charge ; I used to tip the driver. Please get a similar shuttle.

The breakfast was Great, a mix of European breakfast food with a few thai curry dishes . Unlimited bacon and eggs 🇬🇧👍👍👍Fresh coffee & tea👍☕all you could wish for. The rooms are large with unlimited tea, coffee and water, the bed was very comfortable, and very clean, shower was hot👍rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The hotel is a short walk from the town & baht bus route, night markets etc great value for money. The staff are excellent, friendly and most spoke English, Nikki was Great and sorted my visa extension out. The pool was fantastic and the pool bar staff, I spent 28 days in the hotel and would highly recommend it to everybody, quiet at night, but close enough to the night life if you wanted it 😊 a fantastic pool...had a few swims in the moonlight.

Nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Cleaning staff in hotel rooms are not clean at the same time and we ask every morning the work teams are unable to do that but in any case the place is good and enjoyable and needs some scrutiny in simple things

The outside bathrooms are not suitable for use and the lighting is poor but needs some modification only and the staff is excellent
