TWIN ROOM WITH SEA VIEW ON 20TH FLOOR WAS INCREDIBLE

HAVING TO WEAR DIRTY SECOND HAND FLIP FLOPS AT THE POOL AREA/BAR

Very clean , amenities in the room , modernity , fully equipped , good water pressure , nice view , good bed, comfortable sleep , good location , good service, car park service is also very good.

It's not a big deal I don't like slippers, they should be better for a five-star hotel and They give too little water, it should be 6 bottles per day but there is a 7-11 nearby which is very convenient.

It was new and everything was very clean! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The check in and check out process was very efficient!

The bathroom has no curtains and you can directly see into the shower and bathroom from the bed so if you’re planning on staying with a friend and you’re not comfortable with nudity then it’s probably not the best hotel to stay. The AC was not very cold and fixed at 22 degrees so it was quite warm throughout the night. Also, because of the location - it’s quite loud throughout the night!

Position great. Lifts very fast. New and sparkling. Good baguette cafe opposite hotel next to a good Italian restaurant. Great for visiting 21 shopping centre.

Don't like the glass en-caged toilet and shower. Room cleaning not done till 16.00 on the Saturday Not sure I liked the breakfast facilities. More suited to Asian tastes than Western. No bacon poor bread selection. To be fair,very very few European guests at breakfast. Locals and Chinese guests loved it. Loads of kids. Roofside pool spectacular views but close to useless as a swimming pool.

The location is nice. It’s located in the good area of Pattaya. It’s within walking distance to a shopping mall and some other attachments. Although it doesn’t have direct access to the beach, I can still enjoy the sea view from my room on 11th floor. The western food is alright. The Asian food (Chinese and Thai) is superb.

No direct access to the beach. The western food can have some improvements. The gym is very small.

Very nice and modern room equipped with everything, water cooker, big bathroom, nice big windows with a phantastic view over the Bay of Pattaya. Excellent breakfast buffet, all variations of food. Specially the very helpful and friendly staff, everywhere, restaurant, pool deck, housekeeping, concierge and Rezeption. Special thanks to Mark.

Loud music in the pool area.

The Hotel was excellent by any means. It is a nice place to stay, close to a shopping mall, street food and restaurants as well. It is around 15 mins walk from the beach at the north side. It is a quiet, relaxing and high level place to stay.

Our AC "smelled" a bit as we got to our room but as we reported, they cleaned it immediately and scented our room as well.

Rooftop pool has great with surrounding ocean view and water quality was good. Staffs were very kind and helpful. Walking distance to terminal 21 made our trip more convenient.

Room was a bit small and slow drainage in the shower. Not many activities available in the hotel.

The suite at the property was well-located and offered a beautiful view. Everything was nearby, and the bed was very comfortable.

A greater variety of food options would be appreciated, and housekeeping could be a bit more proactive.
